Horrible quality/ shamefully bad customer service. This company appeared to be within the US but products are shipped from China. I paid $20 extra for shipping but it did not come as fast as I needed it, due to the distance. Had that fact been presented (at all) I would have ordered from a different site.
Now...the dress- OOF. It's an eyelet fabric... on the bust section the 2nd layer is eyelet also and it was sewn so the eyelets matched ... right over the nipple area. I expected maybe a peekaboo hole here or there, but there were MANY holes in that area and I would prefer that not be the case. Typically this area would be stitched so they don't line up, so that there isn't exposed nipple flesh, or at least line it with a solid fabric.
I emailed to complain about this/return dress, & I got a condescending response in broken English, with refusal to give me my money back. This company sucks.

ACHTUNG!!!! Betrug!
Musste das von Paypal klären lassen.

Don’t trust, it’s a scam. Ordered a formal dress with express shipping. They say on the website it takes up to 4-8 business days to ship, but it took over a month to receive the dress in the mail. When I emailed them, I got the same, auto generated response every time. No customer service help.

I ordered a dress that ended up being too small. The dress was good quality and looked just like it did in the picture. I emailed customer service and they were very responsive and resolved my issue. I would order from here again, but will check the measurements.
Shipping does take longer so make sure to give yourself plenty of time to receive.

Could some let me know how long does it take the shipping to Europe?

Absolutely beautiful dress top quality dress lovely design , following journey with great updates on delivery . staff absolutely amazing and helpful as i needed a smaller size , great communication with them afterwards, so kind ordered me another one to be posted out , with honour to them absolutely 5 star treatment. Definitely order again .

The dresses quality is amazing and the customer service is so friendly and responsive.

Their customer service is awful, doesn't deserve not even 1 star. Ordered December and after few chasing email, only now in March 2025 they said first the 3 dresses ordered not on stock, then they said they can't send to my address, gave another, then said again 2 of the dresses not on stock, I said to send the existing one and refund the other two, they refunded all and I'm now left with no dresses for the event I have. Not to mention that every email was very frustrating, as they answered only what they wanted from my questions, needing multiple emails and days to partly answer my questions. AVOID THEM!

Dear catchall customer service!
I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for your exceptional customer service and the beautiful quality of your dresses. I’ve been a loyal customer for the past three years, and every shopping experience with you has been nothing short of amazing.

Your team is truly one of the best! I recently reached out via email, and before the end of the day, I had a response. You are always on top of things, ensuring that your customers are happy and taken care of. It’s this level of dedication and attentiveness that keeps me coming back.

Beyond your excellent service, your dresses are of outstanding quality, making every purchase a joy. I will continue shopping with you because you consistently provide the best products and customer care.

Keep up the great work, and thank you for all that you do!

There was an issue with the package delivery but the company was quick to fix it. Excellent service and clothing. Would recommend.

I never received my item due to wrong address but my address is not wrong and I get my mail from everywhere else. I Sent multiple emails, and they took forever to reply, they don’t even have a phone number you can call to dispute an order. They stopped replying to me when I just asked for a refund. I had to dispute the order with my bank. This website is a scam.

This company is a scam!!! I ordered 3 dresses. After multiple emails I finally received one. Since December and now April still have not received the other two. I tried getting my money back with PayPal but this company asked me to resolve the dispute and then they would send my order. The are liars and thieves!!! Stay away

Beautiful red dress! ❤️

Catchall's dresses are beautiful, good quality, and it executes great customer service! They assisted me on one of the dresses I bought that was a bit small and they gave me credit for another one that fit me better. I highly
recommend

The product I got was lovely and matched the description perfectly. The customer service is also of high quality.

Firstly … every beautiful item I have purchased from Catchall has been fabulous!! The quality and fabric is the best!! Everything I have purchased is even better than how it appears on the website!! Two of my items went missing in transit and they replaced them and responded immediately… the customer service is top notch!! I will always purchase from Catchall and highly highly recommend 👗👗👗. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered two dresses. Needed to return them. It’s been 6 weeks and they still have not issued a refund. I’m sick that I’ve lost my money.

The clothes are gorgeous and great quality!
