Thank you to Joe, Cheryl, Lauren and all the team at Cavendish Health. This is an absolutely brilliant family run company!!  I've been a customer for sixteen years and cannot recommend them highly enough. I called them on 18th June desperate as my mobility scooter had developed a fault, I'm house bound without it. The scooter was booked in on the 19th June, that's just unheard of with other companies, the best thing by the end of the day it was all fixed - it needed a new wiring loom which is not a quick repair. 
Plus, I was so well looked after during the day. My car needed a charge after my long journey; there wasn't a public one available nearby - cue panic!  Joe used his own car's cable and plugged my car into their electric.
This isn't a one off every time I've had an issue with my scooter it's always the same brilliant service. 
The buying experience is the same it's always about making sure you get the best option for you - not just about profit which is a refreshing change. 

I recommend Cavendish Mobility in Waterlooville for any mobility issues. The staff at Cavendish are so helpful and efficient, nothing is too much trouble. My mother's chair is 9 years old and had stopped reclining. We took the handset to the shop and Lauren arranged for an engineer to visit the next day, she was very efficient and helpful. Paul brought a new handset and tested it, but that wasn't the problem. He took the transformer to test that at the shop and returned with a new one the same afternoon (even though he had other visits scheduled). He was kind, patient and very efficient. We are very grateful.

The sales lady, Lauren, was one of the most competant sales staff I have ever met. Her product knowledge was extensive and she easily matched the best of her wide range of scooters to my needs. Very relaxed and unfailingly attentive. Alan English

As a longer term customer of Cavendish in Waterlooville we had significant ongoing problems with a mobility scooter purchased from them. They did their best to help but the scooter itself turned out to be just very unreliable. After some discussions with them Cavendish agreed to replace the scooter with another as part of a negotiated settlement of the situation. We have had the new scooter for a little while now and are pleased with it. We were so very pleasantly surprised by their attitude, courtesy and willingness to compromise and we will continue to use them. Thank you to all the team at Waterlooville.

I visited the Exeter shop last week. Caron was really helpful, she spent time with me and went through possible options. Would recommend to anyone looking for mobility aids. Thanks for the great service

Cavendish Health Care & Mobility Torquay showroom.
From my first few phone enquires to my two visits before I purchased a large 4/8mph mobility scooter and a boot mobility scooter I received excellent service from every person I spoke to. I received very informative advice and changed my initial choice of boot scooter to a much lighter one. The guy who delivered the scooters gave a detailed explanation of what to do with each scooter and what to expect from each one. I also had a few questions the following week and I was treated with patience and respect.
I highly recommend the Torquay showroom of Cavendish Health Care & Mobility. 5 Star+

I had an appointment with Joe at the Waterlooville branch a couple of weeks ago. I needed advice on wheelchairs to suit my particular complicated medical needs. He had an outstanding knowledge of how to overcome difficulties to get the most out of the equipment. He displayed integrity and absolutely wanted the best for me with whatever path I decided to take. I highly recommend this branch for a non pressured experience and the kindness and respect given.

Outstanding service with friendly professionals. They all went above and beyond expectations to get me mobile again very rapidly after my buggy developed a problem. They even saved me a journey by dropping off my fixed scooter to my home. Highly recommended

Sheryl at the Waterlooville branch is extremely helpful. After we had some problems getting my Son's Supascooter fixed, she went above and beyond to find a solution.

I can only praise this company for the way they handled my refund. I had been looking for a specific scooter for a long time, and finally thought I had found it. I visited their showroom and purchased their showroom model for an agreed reduced price. On the day of purchase, I thought the scooter was perfect for what I needed (it was in the showroom) however when I got home and took it out on my first adventure. I soon realised that the scooter was not up to what I had purchased it for. I contacted them and returned it. They checked it over and within 2 days had issued my refund.

I have to say this company are very professional in the way they help customers with their needs, very thorough. Will definitely use this company again.

I can't recommend this company enough, we have had extraordinary service from them. We bought one of their SupaScootas (also highly recommended) and on the odd occasion we have needed help with it they have bent over backwards. We passed their Torquay and had damaged the terminals on a battery pack, the engineer spent some time with me and gave me the parts for free. On another occasion one of their team (thanks Tim) from the Waterlooville store went out of his way to deliver a new battery to us on his way home, saving us £40 on a special courier. They are really, really helpful, highly recommended.

Following my wife damaging her mobility scooter , I contacted Cavendish in Babbacombe. The service and consideration they gave to get the scooter back on the road was excellent and certainly appreciated by me. Thanks Definitely 10/10

Bought a Kymco Maxer following a home trial. What an amazing machine sturdy and felt safe (important for us bigger people).
Ryan brought the scooter was absolutely charming and was so very patient and caring. A credit to Cavendish.
