I fist time in my life facing bank making interest on credit card within one month - I will never use this bank again ever and really I am disappointed from that bank

WORST BANK! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THERE IS SOME AMOUNT THAT IS SUDDENLY GONE/MISSING FROM MY ACCOUNT. EXAMPLE, I ONLY PURCHASED 100 USING THIS CBD CARD, AFTER I CHECKED THE BALANCE, THOUGH THE AMOUNT DEDUCTED IS STILL 100, IT`S NOT TALLIED WITH MY SUPPOSED TO BE BALANCE AFTER DEDUCTING 100. THIS BANK ARE STEALING MONEY FROM THEIR CONSUMER. I HAVE TRIED TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR OVER A MONTH NOW, AND STILL I HAVEN`T RECEIVED ANY UPDATE! THIS BANK DOESN`T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. WE ARE ALL WORKING HARD HERE AND OUR HARD EARNED MONEY SUDDENLY GONE FROM THIS BANK, REGARDLESS THE AMOUNT, THE AMOUNT IS OURS!
Very poor customer care on night phone calls…
Very poor customer care on phone calls .. no one responds to calls especially in the night and yet the calls are not free of charge.. imagine one waiting on a call to be connected for 25 minutes and still is not connected . What a disgusting experience.. train your staff to attend to customers where need be and if staff aren't enough especially in the night please add staff to solve customer issues.. how can someone wait on a call to be connected for 25 minutes and still he isn't attended to on an emergency moreover

Unfortunately, my experience with your credit card has been nothing short of catastrophic, prompting me to share this review as a cautionary tale for others.
To begin with, I have found the customer service provided by CBD to be grossly inadequate. Despite my repeated attempts to contact your toll-free number over the past three days, I have been met with continuous disconnection messages and an unhelpful announcement stating that the line is busy. As a customer relying on a dedicated toll-free number for essential banking services, I find this level of inaccessibility and inefficiency utterly unacceptable. Furthermore, the limited operating hours of your call centre until 5 pm and the absence of alternative support options within the CBD app only compound the inconvenience faced by customers like myself.
Moreover, the discrepancies in the monthly statements issued by CBD have added further confusion and frustration to my experience. The inaccuracies in calculating the total outstanding amount to be paid, erroneously including previous month's payments along with current expenses, reflect a lack of attention to detail and quality control that is alarming for a financial institution of your stature. Additionally, the inflexibility demonstrated by CBD in refusing to allow customers the option to change their statement date speaks volumes about the disregard for customer satisfaction and convenience.
In light of these numerous and egregious shortcomings in your service provision, I regret to say that my overall impression of CBD is overwhelmingly negative. As a conscientious consumer, I feel compelled to urge others to exercise caution and consider alternative options before proceeding with CBD for their financial needs. The accumulation of these negative experiences has unfortunately left me with no choice but to terminate my association with CBD.

This Bank the worst ever. Charged me every month 100 aed just because I don't maintenance 3000 AED end months. Customer service is ridiculous. Now they updated the app but I'am not able to open my own account to see my money. Which years are they living. Use to live more than 7 countries but this bank is the most joke I ever seen

Worst customer service. You won't be able to reach them on their 600 575 556 even if you hold the line whole day!. There is an option to get the call back by pressing 1 and entering your call back number. But you never get the call back.!!! The worse service ever experienced. !!!

i have tried to update my emirates id through mobile banking app but was not able hundred times i tried each and every day it always says avoid glare i have tried to different lights and angles and lastly when i called the call centre in the night waiting 15 min on call they told me call again in the day time can any body check on this issue, pls call 0543193471

I cannot update my KYC on their mobile APP, raised concerned, NO ACTION TAKEN, Sent email, NO reply, called customer care , waited for 15 minutes to talk, I was told we will call you back, never call back. sometime no messages for tractions.

CBD bank not fair to clients
I am with this bank for almost two years now and I most say it’s not the best of experience… firstly it’s sad and terrible how one has to go to the bank branch just to deposit money, when they can easily place a deposit machine at the city centers, other banks have deposits machines at the city centers, it is really frustrating having to go all the way to a branch just to deposit money… secondly the fee I get charged on my account every month if i don’t have a balance of AED 5,000, meanwhile, it wasn’t stated when I opened the account that the charges will be there or change significantly in the space of a few months.I think they realized that since I would be using the cheques I would have no other choice than pay a fee of AED105, it was initially AED26 which I didn’t mind paying, but without any notice or giving a reason it was raised from AED 26 to AED105. Without explanation..

Went to get service for inquiry about my transaction I did it was debited twice, he call our number, when I went to his counter he was busy with staffs ,call and signed papers and printed them instead to check what we are asking.
