Needed an urgent boiler repair done as we had lost our hot water. Allen was able to quickly diagnose the problem including dealing with other issues missed on a service done by a different plumber, source the parts and do a full repair all done on the same day at a fair price. Would not hesitate to recommend and will be using again! Dave

I would happily recommend Allen and CCH. Excellent knowledge and advice when quoting. Work was clean tidy and to a very high standard. Boiler was integrated into existing heating and hot water system with improved performance and updated controls EXCELLENT

I would have no hesitation in recommending Allen / CCH Leeds. He installed my new boiler 4 years ago after he provided me with a very competitive quote but also, more importantly for me, the best advice. The quote I got from British Gas was much more expensive, and did not consider that to be compliant I would need a vertical flue and roof work. The installation by Allen was to a high standard and he did not charge extra for some remedial work for existing problems. I have trusted him with the annual service since as he actually takes the time to service to the manufacturer's requirements while remaining very reasonably priced.

We've used Allan yearly for our boiler service, always great, reliable and efficient. We will be using again next year.

Allen from CCH Leeds installed a brand new boiler for me 4 years ago. I was extremely happy with the installation and Allen's honest and upfront communication throughout. Since then Allen has serviced the boiler each year and has continued with the excellent level of service he always provides. Highly recommended.

Alan fitted our boiler 4 years ago and has serviced it annually since. After the current service he agreed to replace a pair of old radiators with a new, more efficient one. His quote was excellent, he turned up exactly on time, was very pleasant and did a good job. After completion he cleaned up really well and refitted the carpets carefully. I would recommend him to anyone ( and have done so several times with good feedback from friends).

Allen was recommended to power flush my system after coming out and fixing my initial issue I took on his suggestions & advice - 6 months later he installed our combi boiler and has been servicing it since - 6 years on he is always on hand to come to do the annual service (I’m slightly out of area and really appreciate him coming over ) He is the best in his profession and takes pride in what he does. Without a doubt the best heating engineer you will ever meet. Truly knowledgable and trustworthy. Offers great advice and help and an excellent service from beginning to end. I cannot recommend CCH Leeds highly enough. I use them every time and am always singing their praises to everyone I meet. From installation to annual servicing and all the bits in between- Allen is the best there is.

I contacted Allen as we had bought a house with a badly installed boiler that was displaying a number of issues.

We asked him to basically do what he good to improve the situation without us having to fit a new system. He quoted us for some repairs but was very honest that he couldn’t 100% guarantee that he could solve all the issues. We decided to have the work carried out, which happily appears to have solved most of the problems with the boiler.

He was very responsive too, we didn’t have to wait ages for him to come and do the work. We’ll definitely recommend him to others in the future.

I got in touch with Allen to replace my boiler based on internet reviews and his youtube channel (worth checking out, search for Allen Hart). I filled in the on line form on his website, he called me within an hour, came round the next day and he fitted the boiler at the end of the following week. What more can you ask for?! He is very knowledgeable and talked me through my options even offering to try and salvage my old boiler instead. He kept me informed through the whole process and turned up exactly when he said he would. He is extremely professional, friendly and did a great job. I couldn't recommend him enough and will definitely be calling him again next year for the boiler service.

I got in touch with Allen to fit me a Nest thermostat, after watching a good number of his YouTube videos.

While fitting the Nest, Allen noticed that my flue seal wasn’t installed correctly, and without hesitation put it right, more than likely saving me the cost of a whole new boiler in time.

His work was to a very high standard and was really helpful. A genuine, nice guy. Would reccommend highly to anyone and everyone. Cheers Al👍

Last July I had boiler problems and it finally packed in for good. I needed a new boiler - and fast. Tried a couple of local companies and most said they couldn’t help for a few days. CCH Leeds were really helpful and moved their other work around to get us sorted the same day - which was fantastic service. Why am I reviewing this now? Well, I should probably have done so then, but yesterday my nice boiler experienced some water damage to the pcb - my fault entirely as there was an external pipe from my bathroom leaking and dropping straight into the flue - but CCH Leeds sent an Engineer in the evening who found the issue and then liaised with the manufacturer - Ravenheat - for their top man to visit on Saturday am (normally unheard of for a manufacturer) with parts and know-how to repair the boiler. Can’t thank CCH Leeds enough for their support - and of course, Ravenheat - for their response. Brilliant service all round and a very happy Customer. Thanks.

recently my boiler was on the blink. with 3 children the youngest being 2, i found Allan online,read the reviews and got intouch straight away . it was a week night about 8pm but explaining to Allan he was at my house within the hour . fixed my boiler more or less straight away . couldnt thank him enough .

Alan is a very experienced Gas Engineer who not only does great work but gives great advice too . He was able to understand our complex installation and came up with a great solution to fit a new Combi boiler but still keep our hot water tank so we could have a power shower . We now have the advantages of both systems without any of the downsides and it was half the price of the quote from British gas ! . I would Highly recommend Alan to anyone looking for a new boiler or central heating ..
