Very happy with my purchase and with the customer service. The fabric was very forgiving and the fit was better that I expected

They were able to help me with the costume that didn’t fit. I truly appreciated their work and the quality is great

The costume was shipped in a pretty great time and it fit very well. I was very happy with the costume. The only problem was it was hard to see with the mask on, but I still had a great time and I got great compliments when I was outside on Halloween wearing it.

I order Legolas’ outfit. Everything for very well and was comfortable to wear all day. I did get the boots as well. Although they’re not made for walking all day on rock and gravel they were still really nice. Everything was stitched nicely. To shoot a month or so to get them. Queen I asked about an update they were able to promptly give me one. Would do business again and recommend to others

I had had a bad feeling when I got an email a few hours after I placed my order, asking what size I wanted. I told them XL, and their follow up email said that size/model was out of stock (It showed as available when I placed my order) I was asked to choose a different model. I chose another model in XL and paid for expedited shipping (3-7) day on the costume. Well, my costume arrived 15 days later and was a size medium, which my kid couldn't even put on. These guys seemed shady from the start and they proved me right. The costume kinda sucked too. I bought a back up costume from amazon and it was much better and actually fit.(well worth the extra 10 bucks Do not use this company!!!

Shipping was good. Expressed shipped and made it on time. Everything else garbage. Size was not true. Gloves were deformed with different sized fingers and were abnormally small. Mask could barely fit a stuffed animal. Ridiculous small mask that no way could fit a human head. Return policy a joke. Said would get half back only if they received the item back. I’m sure they “didn’t receive “ item to not refund. They offered me $10 to not send it back. Will not shop with them agaian

I had a terrible experience with this company. I bought a costume from them and it did not fit at all. Not even close. I gave them my measurements and the costume did not even go over my shoulders. I spoke with them for over two days about how to remedy the situation. One of the biggest issues I have with them is that multiple people talk and each of them tell you different things. One of the employees offered to pay for my return since the costume did not fit at all. When I told "the manager" that, he simply said no we don't do that. Even though I copy and pasted the response from his employee he still denied it. After I already spent money sending it back, he tried to tell me he couldn't refund me for over a month and shipping would be taken out. DO NOT use this company. They are liars and deliver poor quality items.

The size charts do not include a waist measure so you cannot tell what size to order. The costumes are horribly disproportionate in sizing - on an average build girl the waist was so small the costume was unwearable when the other measures used to size were fine. returns and exchange policy is a farce - when you ask for an exchange you get a long, unintelligible email basically telling you no with excuses about cost and customs.

Edited following reply: I have been in constant communication with the company attempting to resolve this, the review stands. The response is remains a lengthy email basically telling you there is really no way to return/exchange for a correct size, particularly in time for Halloween. The advice for those considering purchasing stands - note that they post incomplete size charts, proportions are off, and you cannot really return or exchange.

Edit: As the point of this site is "trust" I will once more clarify the facts and then I am done with this company. They only supply height and chest measurements. The remaining measurements appear disproportionate to me; that is simply information to potential buyers. I was compensated $30 on a $200+ costume which consists of pants, top, vest, cloak, and two accessories. The pants are completely unusable. I have spent $30 to adjust the belt and have to take the vest to a tailor to create a new closure for the waist. I will spend more than $30 to correct this AND have a very upset daughter. The response is accurate that technically they will accept a return, but I received an email saying that if I did so, I would pay more than that in shipping, risk half my refund if customs detained my goods (not sure how I can prevent that from happening), and that I had to ensure it was "odor free"; given how it smelled when it arrived, also not sure how that would be prevented. They are also now asking me to change my star rating because "they like to get 3 and 4 star reviews." This is bad company to do business with.

I was buying this for my son so I had a lot of questions regarding sizing and if I would receive it on time. They answered everything very good customer service. It arrived on time as promised. Also my son absolutely loves it. The quality is great and not cheap looking at all. I think he looks awesome wearing it! I highly recommend buying from here.

I needed a very believable Deadpool costume for a very special film project I am doing for a Florida Law Enforcement Public Service Announcement featuring Deadpool doing important Halloween Safety Tips. Champion Cosplay hand crafted a Deadpool 3 costume for our actor. We gave them the measurements and they created a picture perfect suit in an incredibly timely manner!! Their customer service helped me every step of the way in a very professional and courteous manner. We are so pleased with the result. A huge thank you to Champion Cosplay!!

The customer service team was extremely helpful in getting me a new size for the costume pieces I had purchased. They were able to arrange fast delivery and each piece looks great and looks well made. I am looking forward to wearing it for the Halloween season and beyond.
