I had a boiler installed by David, he was very efficient and good at his job. I was happy at the time of installation. When I had to get in contact with him, he was friendly. If I had to give a review for this experience, it would have been 5*, no doubt.

However, the after service with Craig (the other partner according to the website) was appalling. He made an appointment to fix the issues and that was a struggle to make as he kept providing rebuttal saying the issue was our fault. He was incredibly rude. And before he claims that this is a fake review, as he has done with another review, it is not.

The boiler still has an issue and to this day, nobody has come to help.

Thermostat is broken so I tried to contact but their email bounces back, phone number is not in service and no other contact details on their website!

Craig and his team are very reliable, prompt and deliver very good quality installation and service. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent company. Workmanship is out of this world and very tidy way of working. Dave and Harley were excellent in replacing my boiler. I very highly recommend these guys in any gas or boiler replacement needs. Brilliant thank you.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Craig and Jake arrived on time, straight to work and were finished in good time, explained everything and cleaned up everything. Highly recommended.

Had several issues with other heating companies. Phoned CCS after being recommended and they had an engineer round within 6hrs of calling and had the problem fixed by the end of the day.. top job!!

I asked Craig and his colleagues to isolate a few pipes and re locate rads/ boiler. All work was carried out to a high standard, carried out promptly and with no fuss. Would highly recomend

I have used Craig and the team to previously install and subsequently service my boiler. I also used them to install a shower. They are always polite, attentive and prompt. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
