Saf is a VERY helpful person, even when my system is well out of warranty. Hikvision do produce some amazing cameras, I am amazed at their ability to still produce full colour images in failing light before finally switching to IR mode. The front end on the WEB browser is not too clever as it is not compatible with Chrome and needs quite a bit of 'fiddling' to enable a video stream.

My first order with this company and we are impressed with the service. Fast delivery, good stock availability and competetive prices. Communication was very good too, with fast responses to our questions.

I have bought many CCTV systems from Saf and not only is the pricing great, his service and knowledge is exceptional!

The support from this company has been excellent from the date of purchase to nearly 2 years later. I can’t recommend this company enough. I had a problem a year and a bit after installation. My Hikvision box broke. Saf sorted it out within a week under warranty. I can’t speak for this all the time, but it didn’t matter which day or time I emailed I always got a response within 5 minutes. Brilliant customer service.

I have dealt with this company now for over a year. I can only say that the service I receive from them is impeccable. Whether it be information on products or advice on technical issues i cannot fault them.
When placing orders i find the process completely hassle free, which is a must for my busy installation schedule. Products always arrive on time and correct giving me confidence when my staff arrive at installations they have the correct kit available.
