As a long time customer I can honestly say that I have never had a problem with this business. I like owning a physical movie and hope this company stays in business.

Unsolicited, Dishonest, Disorganized
After battling the music side of this company for months and months, who sent huge unsolicited catalogs in the mail, would say "You might get one more" and then two would arrive in a day, then another two a month later, etc. we are now in the same mess with cc video. Got unsolicited catalog, called to demand it stop, they said it would, now months later like clockwork it arrives, wasting the environment, our time, and even their time. They don't care.
Called to demand it stop and the customer number on the catalog was different from the mail address they had, so they are also disorganized and obviously could not opt us out and the horror continues.
Never ever ever let this company get your info, and maybe they should tell people who sells out their addresses to them. Foul, unscrupulous, greedy sales ecosystem.
