We harvest our salt from carefully selected coastal regions in France, Guatemala, Hawaii, Spain, Portugal, and beyond. Local artisans use simple tools and centuries-old methods to coax the salt into being. It takes up to 7 years to prepare the delicate ecosystem that yields our salts. Unlike processed table salts, Celtic Sea Salt® retains its full spectrum of naturally occurring minerals — including magnesium, potassium, and zinc — that support hydration, nerve function, and electrolyte balance.
