DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Charged me for rectifying a fault introduced by their own 'engineer'.
BEWARE OF FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS

Shocking ,have taken my money and making it extemely difficult to speak to anyone able to action a refund of £118.20 that was taken out of my account , with no work done.Utterly misrepresented their ability to work with a Worcester Boiler . I phoned them after finding their number on a website that said it was specifically specialising in Worcester boilers , asked Zoe , the manageress if the plumber was able to work with a worcester boiler and she reassured me that they were absolutely qualified to work with them.The plumber arrived at my flat , seemed at a loss as to how to proceed with anything , spoke on the phone to the engineer who had recommened using a worcester boiler engineer and then told my tenants he wasn't qualified for this job and left ( all within 15 mins), saying we needed a " qualified worcester boiler engineer" I have emailed and called expecting this to be a simple refund. So far no communication with Zoe , who is once again " out of the office " do not use this company. I will take this to Trading Standards . Utterly dishonest and upsetting.

I came across this company looking for a local glazier, but the call was redirected to Central London Plumbers. It looks like they operate under different names. I called a number for Precision Glazing, the email is from Central London Plumbers (with a @proimprove email address), and the T&C document refers to yet another company name (Town Force Ltd). I had a very bad experience: the first time they went to the wrong address and charged me for 1h work (I didn't receive any call and I called them twice to check why they were not there yet); the second time they arrived 3 hours earlier and I wasn't home, and they did the job poorly; the third time they arrived two hours late to rectify the previous job poorly done, they fixed in in 20min. I was charged for the time they went to the wrong address (without calling me) and for the second time they came to fix the poorly done work. I'm currently disputing the charge via my credit card provider. I never received an invoice or receipt, they just charged my credit card without my approval. Very bad experience, please avoid at all costs.
