I had great experience with ce online
I had great experience with ce online, shipment was arranged in timely manner and equipments arrived in great condition, no issues whatsoever. Maria has been great help through out the process from ordering items to delivery. Great experience overall

Item not in stock, but took money. I made an order today for almost…
I made an order today for almost £3,000.00. They took my money only to say that it was no longer available. They did offer an alternative for more money (although a reduction from on-line price). They now say it will take 2-3 days to refund my money. Please check stock before ordering as they will not refund immediately.

Thanks for your message, and I'm sorry again for the inconvenience caused.
We do everything we can to keep our website accurate, but occasionally suppliers discontinue items without notifying us. In this instance, the item was no longer available, and we offered the closest alternative at a reduced price to help.
Your refund was processed immediately from our side. The 2–3 working day delay is down to your own bank’s processing time, which is unfortunately outside of our control.
We completely understand your frustration, but please be assured we acted as quickly and fairly as possible in this situation.
