Bought a small bowl and jug for my mother who loves ceramic things. The items were hand delivered which was a very nice touch and they are absolutely beautiful. My mother hasnt stopped talking about / using them and the customer service for the company and communication has been brilliant.
Great prices for the product recieved.
Will be using this company at every opportunity in the future.

Well where do I start. Cant remember where I heard about this company but boy am I glad I did. I have been browsing their wares for months waiting for the right colour combo for my partner. THEN it arrived. Dark blue with green and all sorts. As soon as I seen it I knew it was right. So right I got the 4 piece dinner set for my family of 3. Extra large bowl, extra large serving plate AND x3 extra small bowls. I was so nervous about if it was going to arrive in one piece and if the design was what it looked like online. THEN it arrived, it was so expertly packed I was doubting I'd get it all back in the box ready for my partners Christmas present. I am in awe of it all, it's truly a work of art, someone has gone to a lot of hard work to make this. This is the best present I have ever bought my girlfriend and I cannot wait to see her face when she opens it on Christmas, she will looooove this. To use it on Christmas day with her food will look stunning. I dont know whether to use it or frame it it's that beautiful. I will easily be buying more from Cerami, easily! I'm that happy I have already half picked my cups. I was only troubled how big they were so I asked and got an answer promptly. The customer service is superior and never had such a personal touch. Thank you Sergio.

Enjoying my beautiful artisan plates from Cerami. After a few hiccups where all the items were damaged in transit by the courier, the team at Cerami couldn’t have been more helpful. Hence 4 stars. The products themselves are excellent.

I recently purchased a dinner set for 4 people and I cannot recommend Cerami enough, they have been brilliant. The dinnerware is beautiful and even nicer in person than it looks in the photos. It arrived quickly and for the price paid, is very high quality. The customer service and ease of contacting them have been some of the best I have ever experienced with online shopping, very quick to reply to messages and help out where they can. Very impressed and would definitely recommend, and purchase from again!

Incredible crockery. I've had a longstanding love affair with this type of ceramic crockery and have sourced from abroad on many occasion! These plates have exceeded my high expectations and I feel it is dangerous for me to have access to such beautiful original crockery in the UK which I've not been able to source before. Aside from that the customer service is the best I've ever seen. Carefully delivered with a hand written note and email to ensure we got them safely. Not only are these plates gorgeous, but if you’re clumsy like I am, you will want the option to replace plates in your collection (if god forbid you smash one) or even add plates, bowls and platters of all different colours to the collection!

Bought a bunch of matilde plates and bowls a few days before lockdown and I must say that the plates have made lockdown all the better! Love the plates and bowls which were very carefully packed in recycled packaging - always appreciate that! Will be ordering more for sure :)

Cerami crockery are handmade pieces of art, I cannot explain how happy and satisfied I am with my new dinnerware pieces! You can really feel the quality and fine touch.

The extra bit is the amazing customer service that I received (especially from Sergio) who has taken care of the user journey in such a lovely way, going from his personalised emails to chatbot assistance.
My crockery arrived faster than expected and I can't recommend them enough.
