Be aware when ordering items that are quite expensive. Returns are not free and they don’t offer any options to help, even if you’ve literally spent thousands with the company in the past. Really expensive when you’re insuring items over £300 that have been tried on for ten seconds. Use a different company that offers help with refunds.

I'm rating this as 5 stars as the bike and everything is perfect... the delivery was a bit of a nightmare as the courier stated the bike was going to be delivered on 2 separate dates and arrived on neither so a couple of days waiting in for nothing. Made the eventual arrival event better though!
