Ordering online was no problem
Ordering online was no problem.
Disappointing that one of the featheredge boards was warped so it was not all useable.
Also disappointing that some of the battens on the featheredge fence panels purchased about seven months ago have now warped.

As timber is a natural material, some movement, including warping or twisting, can occasionally occur as it responds to changes in moisture levels and weather conditions. However, we appreciate how disappointing it is when this affects the usability or appearance of a product.
If you haven't already contacted us about the warped featheredge board, please do get in touch with the branch that supplied your order so we can look into this for you. We'd also be happy to discuss the battens on the fence panels purchased around seven months ago and review any photographs you can provide.

Placed an order for feather edge boards that were out of stock. Had an email back offering an in stock option for the same price as my original order.
