Amazing customer service
I went to Challenge to get some raw materials to repair my fence. Despite my lack of technical details, Andy was extremely helpful and perfectly understood what I needed. He ensured that I had everything I needed and explained how to go about the repairs in a friendly, knowledgeable way that was so easy to understand.

Sorry to hear you have not seen the reply. A reply to your online enquiry was sent to you on 20/03/26 at 09:28 and a follow up with an alternative product a few minutes later. If you have not seen these it may be worth checking you junk e-mail folder. I have asked the Branch Manager, Dipan , to call you this morning to see if he can assist further.
