I was recommended by a friend who used this company and referred me onto them. I normally use a solicitor or money claim online but i decided to use chameleon as i had multiple issues with tenants not paying and i can only say good things. Very happy and got my money back and now they do my arrears chasing thanks guys

Don’t waste your money, they never get In touch, never answer the phone or email, or chase debts absolute rouge company they are just as bad as the people that owe you money! Beware stay away!!!

I had issues with a tenant of mine who wouldn't pay the rent arrears owed. I paid my registration fee and straight away the team actioned my debt and it was paid within weeks! I had been trying for months! Couldn't thank Gavin and the team enough!! Highly recommended

I've been a client of Chameleon for years now and have given them several bad debtors to go after. I paid their fees and regret doing so.

I have always had to chase them for updates and frustratingly you have to go through the 'we are not available so leave a message on the phone' process as they just do not answer the calls. This is poor for any company never mind a company that should be making it easy to contact and pay if you are a debtor.

They have not been proactive and have not traced or progressed a singular debtor in all this time. Save your money - complete waste of time.

Made up with chameleon collection services, I been trying to get my money back from certain old firm after unfair dismissal case was won by me but they never paid up 2yrs on the run despite me sending emails (that they said never received even tho it was) and & phone calls to be told we are in process of dealing with it @ the moment still, I found chameleon collections online while searching for debt recovery agents, I gave all info by phone calls & and emails with proof of debt that was owed, it took 3mth untill about 2wk from Xmas i got notified of chameleon that they had successfully recovered what was owed for me & it was transferred to my bank for me, I checked to find out as was told to by chameleon & and was absolutely delighted with the result they got for a wonderful Xmas present, cant thank them enough for thier help, well done 👏 👏 👏
