We recently purchased a property through Chancellors, Ana looked after us through the process and was a shining light from start to finish. Helpful, always on time, honest, knowledgeable and proactive. Thank you.

The agent, Alfie Brownsmith, was welcoming and knowledgeable about the property we were viewing and made a very good attempt to sell it. Unfortunately it was not suitable for our needs as it required extensive upgrading work even before any new owner could move in.

Ana was is absolute gem. Her customer service is second to none, and she truly cares about her clients. She helped us sell our flat by tirelessly finding potential buyers and booking viewings. What an absolute shambles of a company this is. I invited 6 estate agents to visit my home. Chancellors sent Matt from Basingstoke to a rental property I would like to put on the market. I picked Chancellors because of the brand and good reviews but I wish I hadn't. They sent someone to take pictures and they all look horrible, bad compositions, not reflecting assets or good points of the property. They took 1 image of the outside which even Matt agreed looks horrid. I have been sent other peoples particulars to approve then it does not relate to me. I get calls from this person, then that person and no one speaks to each other. Chancellors were sending another photographer out last week to take an image so we can go live today. I chased Matt who is now on holiday. The branch say its above there pay grade to deal with all of this. Really shocked and disappointed that for a straight forward progress of trying to advertise my home has turned into a right mess with unnecessary calls, e-mails and having to keep chasing. Avoid this company and stick with a local expert.

Cathleen Anderson has been a great example of professionalism and enthusiasm. She took the time to find properties that met our needs, was very respectful and open throughout. Even though we decided not to rent in Basingstoke, she could teach a few lessons to MANY non-Chancellors estage agents on how to behave with a potential tenant. Excellent agent.

Trying to find a rental property at the moment is a challenge - but I wanted to extend my huge thanks to Cathleen at Chancellors. Out of all the Estate Agents I have spoken to, she had taken the time to work with us to put us in the best position possible to pursue a letting, while taking the time to fully understand our needs. It was a pleasure dealing with Cath and Chancellors.

Michael was really responsive and facilitated our requests around viewing. He also respected the means of contacting me/us for feedback which showed he listened and took our needs into consideration

Unfortunately we didnt get the same respect from his colleague which was frustrating especially when they kept leaving messages

Our experience with Cathleen Anderson was excellent. She was great at showing us around the property, knew everything required/answers to our questions and was super friendly. We met numerous estate agents that day and she was by far the best! If we require any further help with properties in Basingstoke we will defiantly reach out to her again.
