Disgusting service,2 houses I wanted to view, was told they were both sold but still on Rightmove,phoned them many times, never got a call back or confirmation they had both sold ! Still on Rightmove, customer service Nil!

Couldn’t of ask for a better viewing!! Simon had a professional mannerism in are first encounter at property and was very knowledgeable of the estate in Basingstoke I was viewing. As he was able to provide answers for any quieres I had related to do with the property, so overall great viewing!!

We decided to sell with chancellors after making some inquiries with other estate agents and we don't regret a thing. They have opened a new branch in Basingstoke but the staff is well experienced and very friendly. Although we sold our apartment without paying any commission, we have not felt treated any different compared to someone who would pay. Their Manager David Carville(Dave) was always reassuring us and he kept us up to date continuously. I am happy that I have listened to his advices because at times I was a bit unsure but, like I said, he definitely knows his stuff. Thank you Dave and thank you to all your team for helping us sell for the money we wanted.
