Naeemah was very professional and very pleasant

Amy Farquhar has responded oromptly to all our enquiries and has liased with our Landlord and with contractors on our behalf. In particular, we had some issues with squirrels in our roof and Amy continued to contact pest control until they came to the house. This required multiple phone calls as we found d Pest Control to be quite unresponsive. Thanks for all your help Amy.

We have used Chancellors twice in 2 years, to sell my mothers home then our own, both times they have been great, keeping us updated at all times. Both homes sold within a few weeks and the customer support from Megan & Nick was second to none.

The property sales team have been amazing.
Previously I had my property on the market through a different estate agent who managed to organise only a handful of viewings (of which I had to conduct myself) in the 3-months I was with them and I hardly heard any communication from them.
When Nicholas Sampson from the Chancellors team contacted me I was initially skeptical but thought I had nothing to lose.
I'm so glad I did - we agreed a fair fixed price, to be paid only after a successful sale and the initial setup was seamless.
