Excellent professional service from Callum Parsons with regards to a recent enquiry about letting a property . We choose not to proceed with Chancellor’s but instead went with a local authority scheme. This was in no way a reflection of Callum’s service - just a personal choice.
Callum was punctual, polite and very informative. We will be in future be coming back to Chancellors because of Callum.
Abbie Keetch was also very helpful and professional.

The Letting Agent was proactive with an issue, ensuring work was completed in a timely and professional manner - to the benefit of myself as the Landlord and my Tenants.

We have recently had the experience of selling our property with Chancellors Didcot, having dealt with both Nicholas Sampson and Megan Antill. We have found the service to be excellent with all aspects of our contact with them being timely and efficient. Nick guided us through putting our property on the market and was our regular point of contact, always happy to guide us through the process and answer any questions we had, making us feel like we were in good hands. Nick was a fantastic help and made us feel comfortable as first time sellers. Megan was especially helpful in both arranging and conducting viewings and concluding the sale once an offer was received. She went above and beyond with helping us finalise and get our paperwork sent over to our solicitors in an expedient fashion as a tight turnaround time was required due to the timescales of the sale. We would not hesitate to recommend Chancellors to anyone looking to sell their property.

Worse letting agency I've even encountered. Unprofessional, slow responses, mixed messages, 6 different people throughout the whole process, ignored us when trying to get answers from the landlord. All they're after is money. Once the contract is signed they don't care anymore. Stay away. Never again.

Megan has been really easy to liaise with regarding the sale of my house - she has emailed and called me regularly to update me on the progress of offers. This has led to an offer above the asking price being accepted. Thank you for ensuring a smooth and stress-free process.

The whole process of buying and selling a home is such a stressful experience even when it runs smoothly, when it doesn’t it makes a huge difference to have valuable support from people such as Abbie - she just made a really difficult situation that much easier by just taking it on herself, understanding the frustrations and finding a solution.

I have just completed a sale of a retirement flat through Chancellors. The sale was not easy, primarily due to COVID lockdown and then a slow return to interest in the retirement sector. Abbie Ketch and Nick Sampson from Chancellors in Didcot did a great job of pushing the property and then when we finally had interest, Abbie was on top of all the communications, buyer questions and was in touch on a regular basis - leaving no stone unturned. This was my first experience with Chancellors, I was originally contacted by Tom Baker based in the Abingdon office who set up a valuation visit which was conducted by Nick Sampson, based in Didcot. I was very pleased with Nick’s professionalism, knowledge and the valuation itself. I would have no hesitation to recommend Chancellors in the future.

Application was quick and easy and Caitlin and Callum were so helpful and got back to me quickly. Was a very easy process.

Caitlin has been excellent in communication through the whole process of renting.
She provided a great fun property viewing as well, removing any awkwardness of worries of visiting a new place!
