I would't trust this company. Since i started using their services , the only thing they gave me was and is stress. They know how to push you and cause pression to do something. They took money for their services even though they didn't do anything during those month because the tentas weren't living in my flat due to a problem in the flat. I wasn't in contact with them at all during those months. They waited until the tenants went back to the flat to take their feee and the fee for the months in which i haven't received any money. Is this legal? There are many things to tell ,but i would need long hours to tell everything.

Very disappointing! Chancellors Estate Agents, Hemel Hempstead agreed to attend our home for a valuation this afternoon. This was arranged at the start of this week yet they contact me to inform they are unable to attend today as the valuer for our type of property is not available. They were aware of our type of property from the initial enquiry so why do they inform me at the last minute!? We could have booked another company to carryout the valuation. Very poor communication. Not happy but, we move on as there are plenty local reliable estate agents who welcome new potential customers/business no matter what type of property.

I wish I could give a zero review but that's not an option. Chancellors when we gave our property to sell promised us quick deal but as time went their sales progression agent Ruby Irving gave us excuses and lies giving different reasons such third party survey and issues with remortgage only after I chased them multiple times. No communication was ever initiated by her during the time, it was only after I called multiple times. Eventually I realised that both chancellors and buyer were working together to provide me misleading information and only after I put my foot down to give me a final answer about the purchase they agreed their mistake and told me that the buyer had withdrawn. So my advice would be to stay away from them.

Very professional person doing a great job

Georgia was very quick to respond to the issue I had with the hob. She very quickly arranged for the electrician to come to the property and has answered all questions clear and precise!

According to my experience all the reference everything completed as soon as possible and after every procedure Rebecca called me and informed me,we have done this and we are going to handover this things. Amazing and well experience. Good Job

Richard Kindred had been so helpful. He sold my mum's house and was so kind and patient with her, every step of the way. It's no wonder he was my first choice when putting my own home on the market. We have had a positive experience with chancellors.
We have only known Richard Kindred for less than a month and we have sold our house!
Richard made contact and came to visit us to see what our requirements were to sell our house. He generated interest within days and we had an open day the following week and the house sold.
He also called and checked in with us a few times a week and really took an interest in helping us to move. He is also a very kind and honest person so this made us feel at ease and we had confidence that he would get a wonderful result for us. We also want to thank Sophia at the branch too a lovely young lady.

My husband and I were looking for a specific property to move into before we could afford our forever home. We dealt with multiple estate agents before meeting Richard Kindred who is one of the most efficient and warmest realtors we've met till this day. An excellent, honest, and personable guy who arranged for us to view several homes he knew would be good fits for us. Almost immediately, Richard felt like a friend and guided us through the entire process of buying our first home. As a result of him being so great at his job and regularly updating us on the process...we found our forever home years earlier than expected.

Matilda Kerrigan at Chancellor's was one of the best property managers we have experienced (actually no that's not accurate she was the best!) She is organised, helpful, friendly and very professional she is an absolute asset to this company. Matilda responded quickly to any problems or questions we had for her and was able to provide solutions and answers to them all and provided all information in a clear and helpful way. We are very sad that she has now moved on to manage another area as we would have been very happy to have her manage our property for the length of our tenancy.
