Chancellors sales team were prompt, flexible and efficient in finding a tenant and setting up a new tenancy for us in record time - we were trying to give our existing tenant an early release at her request. They responded immediately when we reached out, and we had a great new tenant in our flat within three weeks. I would definitely recommend.

Both thoroughly well informed and refreshingly upfront about the buying process, the agent was significantly more interested and engaged than the vast majority I come across.

Professional and quick!

Jordan moved super fast from first viewing to offer agreed. Then the Chancellors team did an amazing job at getting me in my new flat in less than 2 months from first viewing.

I am shocked. That I was asked to sign forms which I immediately retracted as I had not read what I had signed. This was 8/2 . Chancellors of Highgate say I am due for Marketing Charges even though they do not have my permission to market the property. And it hasn't been marketed. They are holding me to the signed contract that I did not give them permission to use.
