Chloe did a good job of showing me a property she was not familiar with, covering for a colleague who was ill, She was professional and emailed me responses to the questions I raised.

From the first visit they made us feel comfortable and confident that we were in safe hands. They communicated with us at all important times quickly and efficiently. We were most impressed by the quality of the photographs that were taken to promote the property which then resulted in a very quick sale. He was very professional throughout, as well as being approachable with any questions or concerns that we had, making us feel at ease. We were very impressed with the Glenville bungalow, it was in good decorative order and the eco credentials (A/source heat pump and solar panels) are a great plus. The gardens were well planned and tidy and gave great privacy. In short just what we are looking for. Daniel proved very knowledgable and answered all our questions.
As soon as we have secured a buyer for our current property we will be happy to make a formal offer matching the asking price.

Dan was incredibly knowledgeable and helped with all questions. Lovely approachable and friendly style which makes the stresses of viewing and buying a little less overwhelming.

Unfortunately, underwhelmed by this company, not sure if this is just reflective of the Leominster branch or is the general standard. Poor correspondence, lack of honesty and lack of experience. When you have to give the 'mandatory 28 days notice to end the contract you hear absolutely nothing from that first day! Regardless of their speel that they will remain absolutely commited until the end of the notice. Very disappointing and could not recommend.

From making our initial property viewing appointment to when we went to view the property, we found Chancellors to be extremely polite and efficient.
We met with Daniel Morgan who showed us around the property. He was very helpful, but we were also impressed by the amount of time he allowed us to view - at no point did we feel rushed. There was also no "hard sell" and we felt he really understood that finding the right property takes time and that it is so important to make sure that it's right.
