The branch Manager has been extremely helpful, courteous and professional in his dealings with the potential sale of the property. Before this Manager took over the branch, there had been some staffing issues, which initially delayed the marketing of the property, which may have lost a window of opportunity, as of course, the market slows down just prior to Christmas.

Also, there have been too many calls from Head Office, ostensibly checking on progress, which seem to be unnecessary, which accounts for my rating.

We sold our house through Chancellors Totteridge branch. Throughout they have been very friendly and helpful. Especially Oliver owns every project as his own and approaches it with humour and drive. His relationship with his clients of very good and he is achievement oriented person. I also like his honesty. Overall we are happy with the service we received from this branch
