Hi Charley, thanks for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear you felt the delivery was slow.

I’ve had a look into your order, and it was placed on Saturday, 3rd May. As our courier doesn’t collect on weekends or bank holidays—and Monday the 5th was a UK holiday—the parcel was collected on Tuesday the 6th and delivered on the 8th. Since the standard 2–3 business day option was selected (rather than the next-business-day upgrade), the delivery still arrived within the timeframe chosen at checkout.

It may have felt like a longer wait due to the weekend and holiday, which is completely understandable. But please know we’re always happy to help if you need something more urgently—just choose the express option at checkout.

We truly appreciate your support and are really glad to hear you’re happy with the product itself.

NMN affects everyone differently depending on metabolism. While some notice changes after 3–4 weeks, research suggests the most noticeable benefits often appear between 8–12 weeks of consistent use. If you decide to give it another try, we recommend taking it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with water, as it’s water-soluble. Some customers also find Berocca, TMG, or B vitamins helpful, especially if there's any niacin sensitivity, as they support the NAD+ pathway and may enhance how you feel the effects. Just to share, our NMN powder isn’t actually designed for sublingual use. While that’s a common assumption, research shows NMN is well absorbed through the gut—especially on an empty stomach. Most of our customers find better results by simply taking it with water or mixing it into a morning drink rather than under the tongue.

I’m really sorry the gift wasn’t included with your order.

Just to explain—our free gifts need to be manually added to the cart before checkout. You’ll normally see the option to add it right before completing your purchase. Upon checking your order, it looks like the gift wasn’t added at that final step, which is why it didn’t show in your confirmation or shipment.

We made the gift optional, as not all of our customers want to receive supplements they don’t personally take. This way, you can choose the one that suits you best.
