DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I emailed to cancel my order 9 minutes afterwards when I found out I’d have to pay customs fees. It took them 13 hours to respond to my cancellation email to say that unfortunately within that time the order was being processed so couldn’t be cancelled. When I responded saying this wasn’t good enough as I did everything I was supposed to in informing them quickly enough to cancel, it shockingly only took them just under 2 hours to respond to that email! Terrible customer service, I never dealt with a company that won’t allow you to cancel regardless of consumer rights!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE

My partner ordered me 2 bath bombs with rings in back in June and they arrived in October after several emails and them saying the parcel was lost so sent a new one.
They cost £26 then had to pay £14 customs charge then to be disappointed by the fact the rings I got were literally the crappiest ones in the selection and look like something you would get out of a Xmas cracker.
Needless to say my partner is fuming not only about the product quality but thwt it took 4 months to arrive and ended up costing £40.
Oh and I got out the bath with my skin completely stained pink 😠😠

This candle started off at £24.99 with £8 shipping, fair enough, then Royal Mail charged £12.25 customs charge. So ended up £46, scandalous, there was no ring at the bottom of the candle, so they said they would send a replacement, I received an empty Jiffy bag, so they sent another one, my granddaughter wore the ring one day and it snapped, absolute rubbish, avoid this site CHARMED AROMA

If you’re buying from the uk the customs is a lot !!

Not clear when ordering to the U.K that you need to pay customs fee mine was £15. So an already expensive candle is even more so beware.

From ordering to the parcel being delivered to my house, just under a month has passed. The parcel got stuck in Canada for about 2 weeks, and I got little support form customer service. Moreover, I am in the UK and have been charged around £19/20 for customs which I was not made aware of beforehand. On the other hand, I have now lit the candle and it smells lovely - I'd recommend the cinnamon bun scent if you're not worried about customs.

Ordered at the beginning of September, 28 days later and still no package.

DHL tracking number provided now no longer works & I have had no update from CA. Absolutely outrageous!!!

Do not order if you live internationally! Had a suprise £15 customs charge, on top of paying postage, that I was not informed of on purchase! I have never experienced this with any other international companies! Do not order unless you have money to chuck away.

Horrible customer service. I placed an order 6 days ago and it still has not shipped out but they have charged my credit card! I have emailed 3 times and asked what is going on with my order with no response! This is horrible customer service. If I don't hear back soon I will cancel my order and ask for a refund. Don't bother buying from them if you hope to get your order in a reasonable time frame!

I have been a Charmed Aroma fan for several years. The first few candles I purchased revealed very pretty rings. Lately the rings, although appraised at $50+ are very cheap looking, quite like something you’d expect from a child’s party favour. I’m terribly disappointed and will likely stop buying from Charmed Aroma. Signed a very disappointed customer.

I’m really disappointed with the prizes now, I used to order candles with rings in them. I couldn’t believe how beautiful they used to be. I always received rings that was beautiful and worth over $100.00. I just ordered 6 candles and the most expensive one was $25.00. I know they aren’t really worth $250.00 but it’s nice to give them a present and to see how excited they were. Now it’s a bonus if you get a ring worth $100.00. It seems that now the company is well known, the prizes aren’t as nice. Just wish they would have started with the rings they are using now instead of the more expensive ones. I still buy them once in awhile but I’ve been buying plain candles with no prizes in them.

Why did my message get deleted?I use to love all the products and was always so excited for the surprise that’s obviously one of the main reasons I buy the from this company. I had a candle that didn’t come with a ring it had nothing of course I was disappointed and when I tried to contact the company politely i got pushed aside and was just told that doesn’t happen. I’m very upset because it did happen. I don’t like writing reviews like this and hopefully someone can still contact me and sort this out

I bought a Gryffindor Pride candle last month and it was an okay experience for a first time buyer. The first necklace I got was broken, so I emailed the company a picture of the broken necklace and asked for a new one. They did send a new one and I love it! It took a month to get here, but that's not their fault because of the whole postal situation. Overall I'd say I had a pretty good experience with this company. The candle smells amazing and the jewelry is nice. I might buy another candle in the future.

Girls... How can you really believe you're gonna get a ring worth over the price of your candle or your bath bomb? Don't be dumb. It's for the thrill. Like when you buy a lottery ticket. You know you won't win but it's fun to think maybe you will for a little bit.I feel sorry for their customer services, really haha. See their appraisal as a comparaison of what it could worth if it was ''real''. I still find their product fun, girly, and if you have the money for it, then why not buy their candle even if they are 50$.

The candles and bath bombs smell amazing, but I think the size chart on their website is really off... I followed their instructions to size my finger (my ring finger) but the ring size I was recommended was huge... They are too big even for my thumb. If you order from this website, definitely don't follow their sizing information

Nice bath bomb. Ring was cute and dainty but not worth the money at all because it's obviously cheap. The stones fell out of the ring literally the next day. Didn't even last 24hours.

So very disappointing. My daughter was so excited looking forward to getting her candles. They arrived broken and melted. They did smell good, but were an unusable mess.
UPDATE: the company very quickly did resend the product, and it arrived in excellent condition. My daughter is happy.

I ordered 2 of the limited Edition Harry Potter necklace candles. It says they shipped but for over 2 weeks nothing on the tracking but label created. I work in logistics so I'm not stupid when it comes to shipping online orders. I email customer service and they give me a crap response saying that their "internal tracking" with Canada post shows it is in transit. Which is a total crock of **** there is no internal tracking at CP. So I called canada post to ask and they were like yeah no we do not have this package. Now customer service wont awnser me. Like come on I seriously spent $80 friggin bucks on CANDLES JUST CAUSE I WANT THE HARRY POTTER NECKLACES.

NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY GET A DIME FROM ME.

So I have bought over twenty candles from this company for My Mum and she has loved every single one of them. She gets so excited showing me the rings she gets and she always loves the rings and wears them.
