Mazie was so polite and helpful

We’ve had such a positive experience with Mazie at Charters. She has been incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our search for a new home.

Although we haven’t quite found the right property yet, Mazie has been brilliant at keeping in touch, letting us know about upcoming listings and arranging viewings for properties that might suit us. Communication has always been excellent, and we really feel that she’s looking out for us rather than simply trying to find us any property.

Finding a new home can be quite stressful, so having someone so approachable and helpful throughout the process has made a real difference. Thank you, Mazie — we really appreciate all your help so far and hopefully the right home isn’t too far away!

Everyone we met at Charters were totally professional and friendly and we were lucky enough to have the sale of our house in the hands of Erikson Veizaj and his team. They got to work as soon as we had signed the contract and contacted any client they thought would be interested in our property. They kept us totally up to date , returned calls promptly and made the whole experience as stress free as possible

just want to say a Big thank you to Jacqui & Kirstie at the Farnham/Alton office for letting my property within a few days. Great job , you two should be running the country.

From viewing to finally moving I was kept informed of progress and of what I needed to do next. Having not moved in 30 years things are very different nowadays but the process was relatively straightforward. Shannon Wilton at Charters in Romsey was very helpful and on hand to answer my questions as they arose.

If I could rate 10 stars, I would! Isabella has been brilliant in helping us secure our next property. She is so friendly, professional, and kept us updated every step of the way. Highly recommend Charters and especially Isabella

Molly at the Southampton branch was fantastic. Great communication, professional and gave me the fastest and most stress free experience i have ever had with any estate agency. 10/10 would reccomend and make sure to ask for Molly by name at the Southampton branch!

This is about Jorgia Tye who has been actively trying to find my next perfect home. Jorgia is relentless in understanding what I want, what I don't want and is very enthusiastic yet authentic in her style and approach. She would not show me properties unless she really felt they had enough positives, yet encouraged me to open my eyes to opportunities. She really takes the time to understand your needs with a fine mix of personal & professional touch.

Lily has been exceptional throughout our search for a new home in Southampton. She has been incredibly helpful in securing our new property and guiding us through the reference checks. Although a recent change to my bank details caused some complications with the referencing company, requiring numerous phone calls, Lily handled the situation with utmost patience and professionalism.
