Harry Hodges has been handling the Property Management of two apartments for me and he has been absolutely exemplary. His professionalism and general approach to his work has made life so much easier for me as a landlord, I really appreciate his assistance and attention to detail. He is always ahead of the game and is actively looking to keep things on track which is very important to me with little time to spare. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Grace Burden was fantastic in helping me buy my first property, that we found because of another member of staff recommending it to us, Grace was on top of everything even after the sellers solicitor started messing us around. Would highly recommend buying a property through charters as their staff go above and beyond for their clients

The team at Charters have been amazing with the sale of our house. The branch team (Alton), Sarah, Toby and Jane were great getting the house up for sale quickly and answering any questions we had. Once we accepted an offer, Gary Hansford in sales progress team handled everything after this, and honestly cannot thank him enough or recommend him more highly. He was on the ball, and I never had to chase anything. He contacted us regularly to update me, and progressed the sale so smoothly and quickly for us. As first time sellers, we've heard how stressful selling your house is, but honestly it wasn’t at all thanks to Gary being so knowledgable, proactive, informative and professional. Thank you Gary!

Very efficient so far. Kept me up to date with everything phone calls or emails. Happy with the brochure photographs and descriptions of my property. Great service!

I had a great experience working with Mollie‑Mae West, Senior Property Relationship Manager at Charters. She was very quick and efficient in handling my property's maintenance issues. This allowed me as a landlord to be at ease and not stress about all the processes involved in renting out my property.

Charters, formerly VAUGHN management has been a wonderful rental management company and held my hand through a very distressful Section 21 eviction. I want to thank Ms. Bessie Tighe and Mr. Tony Sparrow especially for their kindness and understanding. It was much appreciated.

Charters have been excellent from the initial meeting and valuation to getting many viewings in and securing a buyer. Their communication throughout the process has been particularly good and appreciated.

Kirstie helped us to navigate the tricky process of getting a rent increase through with the long standing tenant of the property we rent out. With her guidance the matter was quickly resolved and the outcome was positive for both us and the tenant. Rhian Barton has helped us every step of the way with finding a suitable property to let. Being a 3rd year student these things are all a learning curve still and Rhian has been so helpful responding promptly and helping to sort bills etc. super helpful and nothing was ever to much trouble.

Mazie was so polite and helpful

We’ve had such a positive experience with Mazie at Charters. She has been incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our search for a new home.

Although we haven’t quite found the right property yet, Mazie has been brilliant at keeping in touch, letting us know about upcoming listings and arranging viewings for properties that might suit us. Communication has always been excellent, and we really feel that she’s looking out for us rather than simply trying to find us any property.

Finding a new home can be quite stressful, so having someone so approachable and helpful throughout the process has made a real difference. Thank you, Mazie — we really appreciate all your help so far and hopefully the right home isn’t too far away!

Everyone we met at Charters were totally professional and friendly and we were lucky enough to have the sale of our house in the hands of Erikson Veizaj and his team. They got to work as soon as we had signed the contract and contacted any client they thought would be interested in our property. They kept us totally up to date , returned calls promptly and made the whole experience as stress free as possible

just want to say a Big thank you to Jacqui & Kirstie at the Farnham/Alton office for letting my property within a few days. Great job , you two should be running the country.
