I can not give high enough praise to Stephen Henry who was the Sales Progressor on the sale of my house.

He kept calm, focused and professional in what was a very very trying chain dealing with solicitors who failed to communicate honestly with him and buyers who never returned his calls.

My wife and I sold our old house and bought our new house recently with Charters. We were so pleased with the service we received from our sales progressor, Lisa Holden. She provided excellent communication throughout the process and despite several bumps in the road (through no fault of theirs) Lisa showed the kind of care that went above and beyond. She genuinely cared about our situation and was always a calming presence when we thought things weren't going well. I would thoroughly recommend Charters and Lisa in particular.

Georgia was brilliant from start to finish. She was fantastic at getting the property on the market quickly and was always responsive whenever I had questions. I felt fully involved throughout the process and kept informed every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better service.

The process was straightforward in getting my property up for sale. Photos taken and brochure put together, sent to me by Sophia to approve/make changes.
