I reveived the number of streams I expected from Chartlex overall, but the specific song I wanted to promote did not receive streams until a full 2 weeks after purchasing the Spotify Algorhythmic package, which was disappointing. I will likely use Chartlex again, but will make sure to contact them after the package to verify when the promotion service will be active.

DO NOT USE… SCAM. I bought the algorithmic package for $120. When I reached out wondering why the campaign didn’t start they completely stopped responding. Campaign never started this is a complete scam do not fall for it, reporting this website. It says the campaign starts after 48-72 hours, it has been over two weeks have not heard from them whatsoever and did not get a single stream.

Spotify removed my song from the platform after purchasing Chartlex’s “10,000 Algorithmic streams” package. The stated reason was that the majority of streams were from bots. I’m not sure how they used bots when all of my streams were from Spotify algorithmic playlists (radio, discover weekly, release radar), but just know that with Spotify cracking down on all promotional services, you’re songs won’t be safe if you use this service.

I always work with chartlex and always see amazing numbers. Probably one of or if not these best streaming promo services out there!

Excellent Engagement and Chartlex delivered results!

I paid about $200 for two songs. Indeed, the songs were played the agreed number of times. Added to the required playlists. But I noticed that throughout the whole day there were zero plays and only in a small period of time once a day there were many plays at once. And this continued throughout the entire advertising period. From this I concluded that the songs were shown to random people. And I would be interested in these songs being shown to people who love this style. Also, at one point, about a hundred subscribers were added to the artist’s page, but today these subscribers are gone, since the advertising period has stopped. In my opinion, this looks more like boosting playbacks than meaningful advertising.

I feel that everything that you guys said , you delivered and my song has been doing very well on the streaming platforms.

Does the trick.. it just messes up your "Fans Also Likes..." .. you'll end up with random artists that isn't associated with you genre

Listeners numbers have increased and streamings too.
They promised 15-20k streams and that happened.
I have seen around 1,200 saves of the song.
Perhaps listeners could be more geographically distributed.

They wrote targeting in Germany would be possible. I bought it for 650,- Dollars and then it was mostly USA 🙈

"Yeah another one of these promotion services" I thought first ("but let's give it a try"), and boom !!! Followers, saves, streams shoot into the sky. Very thankful for the uncomplicated service. I'll be back !!!

The service I purchased was poorly explained and charltex wouldn't help correct an expensive mistake. I got the numbers advertised, but not where I wanted them. That couldn't be addressed by the help center that was rude in its reply.
