Beware of this fraudulent website.
They have charged our credit card twice and obviously no reply from their customer service - will be challenging it through the bank.

BEWARE!

A fraudulent company. Based on my experience this company engages in misleading branding, unauthorized billing, and refusal to issue refunds. In December 2025, I paid $59.99 for a one-year subscription to Chatbot App Pro, believing it to be affiliated with or identical to the official ChatGPT service due to the misleading business name and presentation. Shortly afterward, I received multiple fraud alerts from my Bank regarding suspicious activity on my credit cards. However, they managed to charge $59.99 twice adding their "Imaging" app.
After I contacted the company, they refused to issue a refund, stating that “the products were delivered,” without addressing the unauthorized charges or misleading conduct.
Most importantly, later I determined that the product itself is defective – by simple verification tests, including a basic math question: “What is the probability that at least two students in a group of 58 share the same birthday?” The software returned inconsistent and clearly incorrect answers: 0.06% (1st try) and 99.99% (2nd try, few days after), demonstrating that the service does not function as advertised.
Never use the products of this company!

Sent several emails to them and 0 answer. Subscribed by accident when I wanted to subscribe for chatgpt. I got misled and thought I was getting chatgpt. since that happened I tried to reach out and nothing
What a shame

When looking for Chatgpt, they appear on top because it is a sponsored advertising. It appears like chatgpt but it is not. They give you an offer, and you sign up. Your get double the charge on your credit card, and when you complain, they don't do anything. It has all the behavior of fraudlant sites. You cannot login with an email or change anything, so you end up stuck with double charges and login methods that prevent using the site.

I paid Pro subscription with extra subscription to image generator for unlimited use (as it was mentioned in the details) and for a couple of days I got full access then suddenly after 2 days image generator didn't allow me to create more than 5 images per day as if I am not a subscriber and therefore this delayed my work as support is non-existing. In addition, animation tool was not working since the start of my subscription and I reached out to support but got no reply-rewrote to support after 2 days still waiting for a reply..the same happened for my subscription plan. Support is non-existing.

Go elsewhere, there are much better alternatives that don't have silly restrictions that prohibit you getting what you need. Example - you can't go back one step when creating a bot if you accidently change something you must upgrade to basically press undo

Feels really basic and left behind to work with such tool. Really hard to maintain as well. It does its function but the cost is high for the value.

Most companies allow the user to cancel subscriptions on their own with ease. Not them. The company will try to have it at their discretion by having me put in a "request email" and now I have to wait for them. "Please sir, can I please not pay for the next payment". Giving them 24 hours before I take further action. This should be zero stars. If you read this please look for alternatives.

I've tested several bot apps, and ChatBot turned out to be the best fit for our needs. It's very customizable, which is important for us since we have specific requirements. The new AI features they added recently are actually quite useful and have made things more efficient for us. Overall, it's a solid app.

One of the best chatbot apps there is - very intuitive, simple, and the number of things it has is really something. We scanned the site in minutes, tested it, and it was ready to go. Now, we can change the flow as we want it, and we can teach it new stuff anytime we need, so it only gets better

The number of features at this price is extremely good. We used it to build a bot for our site, and it was scanned automatically to build the bot for us. After that, we basically reviewed it and made small adjustments, and it's now live on our site. The whole process was super fast. Highly recommended.

It's really Gold, and useful.
