we waited along time for a


we waited along time for a motorhome....decided on chaussson omg i wished we had driven past the dealers the biggest mistake we have ever made and will be going for full refund.....we have had to have window seals replaced, water bung underneath replaced, awaiting replacement seat covers for in habitation, new drivers seat cover due to it coming away at the seams so dissapointing......

Never buy a Chausson

Never buy a Chausson. I cannot get a replacement window for my Flash 03 2008 model. The dealer says they no longer do them. This is one part they should always do as they can get damaged. Never buy a Chausson so disappointed in this maker. Got in contact with Chausson, they have one, I explained the Northern Ireland dealer in Saintfield, says Chausson dont. Told by Chausson, I have to order through the Dealer. Well I am stuck in the middle, Cant get one as dealer says none in stock, Chausson says one in stock. HELP HELP, what customer Service LOL LOL LOL. How does one get past this Beaurocratic nightmare. YOU DONT. SO NEVER BUY A CHAUSSON

Abominable Chausson Titanium motorhome

Bought Chausson Titanium motorhome and absolutely loved it. Two faults developed and one was the water hose became disconnected from the hot water tank flooding the van and meaning no water whatsoever. This pretty means van is now unusable. Between last year and this year have emailed 4 times and phoned the local dealer 3 times to ask for a date to be given to fix the van I have had zero back except a “ we’ll be in touch email “. I then emailed the group chairman Of Trivano who own Chausson expecting something then to happen. Zero results. I am left with an unusable van still under warranty and they don’t care.
I am at the point of trading it in for another van outside the “trivano manufacturer’s “ base as my love of the van has diminished to despising the company and their couldn’t care less attitude.
