Give them a valid phone number to please them

Cancelled my order because I'm apparently a scammer who has no valid phone number and paid with a stolen card (What kind of scammer doesn't have a valid phone number and uses a stolen card which can obviously be traced back to the scammer...? 😜) and refused to refund the agreed amount which hasn't seen a charge back...yet....I'm sure if it was paid with a stolen card, it would have had a charge back two days after you guys got your $425. Surprise it hasn't been forcefully pulled back? Still think I'm using a stolen card? Blah, why am I even bothering writing up a negative 1 star review....it'll probably get deleted by you guys as soon as you see it or trust pilot because the review isn't a 5 star positive bias review.... 😔 àŠ­â€™ àŠ­

This order was flagged as suspicious and the phone number provided did not exist. I don't understand why this person would think that scammers would provide a phone number
so it can be traced. There were many reasons why this purchase was flagged as suspicious. He supplied no valid buyer information and what was supplied was false and is using a yahoo email account.
Suspect this may be an order using a stolen card as buyer when asked cannot provide any evidense such as a valid phone number so we can call and check and who in this day and age does not have a phone especially when he is buying a lot of 10 of the same item which in itself was suspicious as he was buying enough licenses to install on 100 computers and yet does not have a phone to verify that this is a legitimate sale. Most buyers that buy in bulk would also want a GST invoice. Supplying an address does not provide proof he actually lives there as any address could be used. We also had suspicions that this purchase was made overseas when we check the IP address it came from. We have experienced buyers before buying with stolen cards as our sales are not posted to an address but emailed makeing buying these kind of items very easy for scammers. It can take weeks before the owner of the card reports it missing or being used illegally. Buyer said that they did not have to supply any of their information when buying an emailed delivered item. I know of no sellers who would not have some security on their sites which flag that a card might be stolen as buyer has not provided any information especially when paying with a credit card. Some software items are very expensive and yet he thinks he can buy without any buyer information. I am sorry but we will always be cautious when a possibler security breach is flagged. We withold refunding for some time and if we do not receive notification from the bank within 30 days that the card used was indeed stolen then we will refund. If buyer owns the credit card he can request a chargeback through his card service.
If buyer is legitimate and wants to pay postage for his purchase we are happy to send to the address he eventually provided.
FYI We cannot remove any negative review and nor does trust pilot which is the point of the review system.

Purchased trend security for excellent price. Easy online ordering & received product license for subscription immediately with receipt. No problem extending previous subscription, will definitely purchase from here again.

Customer never advised that they had already successfully installed on one device and now were having problems installing on their second device. The same installer is used to install on second device and if there is a problem it may have something to do with setting on that device. We have requested screenshots and more information that is not forthcoming and provided help as best we could from every email we have received. We were still providing help when this review was left.

Good Value for Money

I purchased Nitro PDF editor software from Cheapasales at discounted price and am satisfied with the product and purchase process. They are good value for money and provide good support during setup.

Felt like this was a scam

Felt like this was a scam, product key was not sent initially, and was then sent with too many digits. The download tab had no attachment. Too many issues continued to go wrong. Filed a refund through our bank for false product sold. sorry if you were having a serious bad week, just felt scammed.

Unfortunate set of circumstances and miscomunication led to this transactions issues. There was no false product sold and we accepted total responsibility for the errors that occured however but were not given the opportunity to fix and instead customer felt it prudent to intimate that we were scammers and deserve this negative result. Whilst we agree that the transaction did not go as planned and an error was made when copying and pasting their license customer viewed this as a scam due to an extra 3 digits mistakenly being copied. Had customer communicated this error we would have fixed immediately as they only had to remove the first 3 digits for their license to activate. An honest mistake our end resulted in being viewed as scammers and punished with a negative response despite the fact that we responded to every communication. We refunded this customer who never confirmed that they would not use the genuine license provided.

l upgraded from Kaspersky standard to Kaspersky Plus.
l followed the instructions as best as l could still found it difficult, it took me a week to install.
l think the instructions should be simplified for people
like me, with basic skills.

Works great, fast delivery

I’m using this for ages and this one is great as previous versions. I believe Kaspersky always my favorite and takes little space in PC not making slow likes other products.
