Nachdem ich eine Telefonnummer fÃŒr einen vermeintlichen Kundendienst fÃŒr die Schweiz gefunden habe, ging das Desaster weiter.
Seit einer Woche, warte ich immer noch, dass mein GepÀck in meine Buchung wieder aufgenommen wird!!!! Eine vermeintliche Ingrid wollte sich darum kÌmmern und ich hÀtte auch per e-mail informiert werden sollen, sobald meine GepÀckanfrage verarbeitet worden wÀre!
Ich musste heute nochmals anrufen. Heute habe ich mit einem Martin gesprochen. Genau das gleiche Vorgehen.
Zuhören, was das Anliegen ist, dann 3 Minuten in der Warteschlange sein, dann die Antwort; ich habe ihre Anfrage weiter geleitet und es wird sich jemand innert 30 Minuten melden. Nun ist 20:22 und ich habe weder eine Email erhalten noch einen Anruf. Das ganze beginnt wieder von vorne!!
Das beste an allem, das GesprÀch muss auf englisch gefÌhrt werden, da diese Mitarbeiter nichts mit der Schweiz zu tun haben. Es existiert kein Schweizer Kundendienst. Diese Mitarbeiter sitzen irgendwo in China und ihnen ist es kack egal, ob man zu seinem Recht kommt oder nicht!!!!
Protection policy is a racket with AIG Do not purchase
I puchased two one way tickets and the date changed as I was booking the flight to the incorrect date. I called to cancel the reservations and they told me to call AIG since it was covered under the protection plan I bought so I called AIG and they said they could not refund until the flights were cancelled so I called cheap tickets back and they refused to cancel the booking. Flat out refused unless I paid additional 125 dollars fee on each tickets. The so called cancelation policy is a racket since it apparently only covers when airlines cancel flights which are already covered by the airline...why would we need a cancelation policy??? So they keep my money and I will never use them again. Priceline all the way from now on. I have used them many times and they are always fantastic. Ditch cheap tickets.

Ticket met bagage geboekt Brussel-San Francisco. Een maand later krijgen we mail van cheaptikets met de melding dat ze geen bagage kunnen boeken en dat we dit rechtstreeks bij de airline moeten boeken wat gewoon niet mogelijk was. Geen mogelijkheid om de tickets te annuleren.

I booked a flight for April 13th through Cheapticket.in, and my money has already been deducted. Today is April 14th, and it still shows the booking as âpending.â I have tried to contact customer support several times for a refund, but I haven't received any response. I also sent them an email, but there has been no reply to that either. I regret trusting this service; it's frustrating and disappointing. This feels like a scam, and Iâm concerned about how they are misleading customers.they are behaving cheaply exactly like their name.
Scamed at cancel
I order the possibility to cancel a booking. After i have to cancel it, but they say i cant refund. So they only would not charge me any fees from their own, but the penalty from airline remains. But if you read it it sounds different. This is a scam!!
$2500, but they charged $3,000 instead
We spent 2100 for family of 4. After figuring out my daughter was over the limit for free seat with me, I called to get her a seat. They cancelled our tickets and rebooked, but charged an agent fee which was the price of my daughterâs ticket. We never agreed to the agent fee. They slid it in by charging our card 6 times for each seat separately. It had an agent fee for the price as our seats. So instead of 2,100, we spent $3,100. These people are crooks. The worst part about it is that when we complained to American Airlines, they said they couldnât do anything because we went through them. Why are these airlines using them when they get these complaints on a regular bases. They stole $500 from us. We let it go because we didnât want them to cancel all our tickets because we had no insurance on it.

Afgelopen zaterdag ben ik vol trots mijn reis gaan boeken via cheap tickets (de eerste keer dat ik hier heb geboekt) echter na het invullen van mijn gegevens en het invullen van mijn laatste betaalgegevens, gaf de site een error aan en gaf aan dat de boeking niet is gelukt en ik dus opnieuw moet boeken. De site stuurde me helemaal terug naar het begin. Na nog een keer alles ingevuld te hebben is mijn betaling doorgekomen en mijn boeking gelukt. Tot mijn verbazing zag ik dat cheap tickets mijn reis 2 keer heeft afgeschreven. Ik ben al sinds zaterdag bezig om dit recht te trekken en er is helaas niks uitgekomen. Zij geven aan dat ik mijn geld van de dubbele boeking niet terugkrijg. Nu moet ik het helemaal gaan aanvechten en kijken of ik mijn geld terug krijg ja of nee. Is wel een hele dure reis voor bijna 2500 euro voor 2 pers.

I am a loyal customer and I feel deeply mistreated. Reviewing my last booking per mail (as always) I noticed I booked a one-way trip and not a return flight. This was strange, but mistakes happen. Fortunately, during my booking I had opted and paid for a cancellation insurance. So, I contacted customer service well within 15 minutes after booking. And I was willing to pay more, of course. After dealing with a chat bot, the customer service person did NOTHING useful to help me. She just told me to contact the insurance. A little annoyed, I contacted this a 3rd party(!!) insurance, and after 20-30 minutes, I found out that such booking mistakes are not covered. So I contacted Cheaptickets again. The worker just repeated the same phraze over and over. "No, I cannot help you. Sorry, I cannot help you. Please contact your insurance company." I have news for you. Your customer service training sucks. I really was looking for options, but it was impossible to get any solutions from this person.
Cheaptickets should not do business with NU Car Rental
I rented a car through Cheap Tickets and it ended up being a car from NU Car Rental. I picked up the car from the PHX location on 10/6 and had it rented until 10/21. Reservation said it was on-site but had to take the monorail to the rental car area then walk down the sidewalk to the opposite side of where the rental car companies were located and had to walk down some stairs then get into a shuttle bus and taken to a very shady part of town.
I originally reserved this vehicle from Cheap Tickets and paid $662.21. I reserved a Hyundai Accent or similar Compact car.
When I got to the rental car office for NU Car - I felt very pressured to hurry up and get the paperwork signed and get out of there. The rental agent kept telling me that I had a Mini Cooper Electric Vehicle rented. There was also mention of having to rent equipment to charge the car. I DID NOT reserve an electric car. The sales agent was persistent in telling me that I had an electric mini cooper rented.  The sales agent mentioned I could upgrade to a gas vehicle and he had a Chevy Malibu that I would probably love. He kept mentioning that the cost would only be about $100.00 per week. He never mentioned that the $100.00 per week was IN ADDITION to the $662.21 that I had already paid for a gasoline powered car. I was thinking that he meant the price for the upgraded car was going to be around $300.00, which would be cheaper than the original price of the Hyundai Accent that I originally rented. We were made to believe we had rented an electric car - when we didn't. We were also taken advantage of by the salesperson's predatory behavior to get us to upgrade our rental. This NU Car Rental employee exhibited very predatory behavior and made false claims to us in order to get us to upgrade to a different car. He was also not very clear about the TOTAL cost for us to get a gasoline powered car (of which we did have rented). Nu Car takes advantage of weary/tired travelers and gets them to sign the paperwork authorizing additional charges. Â

They have incorrectly spelled name and now I have called them 3 times to correct this at the international flights and they have no response. They tell you you will get response in 48 hrs but nothing in email or by phone call. I would not trust this travel agency and advise against buying any tickets. Not reliable. They talk as if they will get it done but then you here nothing from them.

Schandalig! Door een miscommunicatie hebben zij mijn gehele reis geannuleerd, wat absoluut niet de bedoeling was. Ze doen er niks aan om het weer goed te maken, antwoorden me mail niet! Ben meer dan â¬600 kwijt en moet gewoon nieuwe ticket kopen! Nooit meer bij deze oplichters!
Aankoopbedrag voor niet geleverde tickets wekenlang geblokkeerd.
Tickets gekocht met een creditcard. Kreeg gelijk bij aankoop bericht dat de tickets niet meer beschikbaar waren. Maar het aankoopbedrag blijft 3 tot 8 weken geblokkeerd. Kan met één mail naar de bank worden opgelost, maar dat doet CheapTickets niet.
Horrible company to deal with
Horrible company to deal with. I booked a fully refundable ticket however couldnât travel due to hospitalization so called to cancel it. First agent lied about the conditions and the refund amount wasnât correct so I called again, better response but their admin fees are a big scam. Refund never materialized and after a month they contacted me trying to ask me to accept PayPal refund instead of to credit card. Declined and still not refunded. Chargeback through credit card company as they appear to be total scammers from an Indian call center. Never again.
Donât trust full refund
The website says âfull refundâ but they hide the information about the real terms of full refund in the little i which you have to click. I had to fight for lengthy time to get full refund. Donât ever book hotels with them!
