Was promised a refund due to flight cancellations during covid. After six years still waiting and they have stopped replying to emails.

Rating is bad, focus on charges to their customer than provided service, never ever go back to this agency and for sure not recommended to family and friend.

Cheapest for the flights I wanted
The right price and service. The fare offered by Checkmyfares was the best I could find for the flights I wanted in March/April 2020. Confirmation was immediate and subsequent communication has been very prompt. Very satisfied with service at this point.

not cheap, even much more expensive then official airline website price
it's very bad experience to buy from checkmyfares. I have bought 2 tickets to bali from sydney which cost around 2200 aud. And the official Malindo Air website only cost 1600aud for same flight! I tired to call the customer service to either cancel the ticket without penalties or price match. They said the cancellation fee will be about 500, 250aud for the airline and 250aud for their service fee. And there is nothing else they can do.

Please be advised that while we make every effort to ensure all our fares are discounted, the airline has the descretion to change their fares at any time. In this instance, the Malindo Air have heavily discounted this particular flight.
We always recommend you do your research prior to booking a flight and Skyscanner is a great place to start.

hi there i have a question. i am flying tomorrow Sydney to Lahore Pakistan, ticket showing i can carry 23k baggage but how about the hand carry ?
is it 7 Kg ? or is there something different, just need to know trying to avoid any trouble. flying first time by Etihad Airways.
