The cheeses were excellent and very delicious.
There was a lovely variety. They were well packaged.
Good notice of deliveries was given and delivery was prompt.
I had a few inquiries to make before placing my order and the team was very prompt, helpful and friendly in their replies. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

I wanted to order several hampers in one go as corporate gifts delivered to different addresses in one payment however the system is not set up to do this and I was told I would have to do each transaction separately. Unfortunately the company then lost out on the sale as this would simply take so much longer to do and then to process. I ordered 1 hamper in the end which was really nice. It is a shame that the website is not set up for companies though.

Have ordered from Cheaze a couple of times as gifts for friends and clients. All have commented on the quality of the cheeses and the range of selection within their gift pack. From ordering on-line to delivery it's an easy and reliable process.

Loved the variety of cheese in the Xmas box. Red Fox is superb. Made a lovely present for the in-laws too. Thank you

Didn’t arrive in time for Christmas despite ordering in October. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Was a gift for Christmas Amazing selection of cheese and really enjoyed all the extra bits that came in the box, especially the beetroot chutney. Excellent packaging and cold on arrival.

My order went missing then turned up after I’d been told to destroy the contents because they would be out of date. Then the parcel turned up unexpectedly, I’d been told a new order was being sent out but that never happened because they deemed the package to be delivered - the cheese was not edible. I fought to get a refund but only got a partial refund in the end.

Cheaze contacted me after writing this review and sent me the most beautiful cheese box from the subscription range. They couldn’t have been kinder and the selection of cheeses was fantastic. It looks like they have made a lot of improvements since my initial experience and so I have changed my rating to reflect a more positive experience.

I ordered a box for 2 for Christmas as a treat. It was excellent 5 different cheeses, some biscuits and a chutney. Great value. I have ordered previously from a nearby farm shop and the range was not as good and the box more expensive.

I bought the mothers day package which was fab.
Was going to purchase the subscription for 3 months as a gift but just felt that the £12 delivery charge for that made it feel so much more expensive so didn’t go ahead with it sadly. If it wasn’t for the delivery charge, I was have purchased.

Bought a three-month subscription as a gift and wasn't disappointed. They also went above and beyond when it came to correcting an error I'd made in terms of amending some order details. Would definitely use again.

I bought a year's subscription for my husband as a birthday present and it was a resounding success. From the quality of the cheeses to the efficient and friendly service of the customer care team nothing can be faulted. We particularly liked the little "extras" popped in the box each month, sometimes chutney, sometimes an unusual flavour of crisps. All in all a lovely box to look forward to each month. I have no doubt at all that we shall be back.

Got a subscription for a special present for my friend. She loves cheese and she LOVED this. I’d highly recommend as a present. Great customer service too.

The first box that was sent out I was told was delicious! I ended up having to cancel the subscription early and was immediately refunded. The company was just a pleasure.

Actually the best, have ordered a couple of times for friends over lockdown as cheese is so much better than flowers and all that, and everyone absolutely loved it! Nice one bruva!

Very happy with my experience. Ordered the Christmas box and arranged delivery for today. I received a notification this morning confirming tracking details with DHL and the delivery arrived prompt and safely. Box is nicely packaged ready for me to wrap (its a Christmas present for my partner) and I'm looking forward to try all the tasty products.
Will make a further purchase in the future.

This is the second time we have used Cheaze. We used a couple of weeks ago for a birthday present. I think the box was £20, and the person receiving was delighted. Arrived when we asked excellent communication. Thank you! Then ordered cheese for Christmas and this was delivered today (slightly too well organised). This was £30, the packaging is great, a leaflet explaining the cheese, arrived when it was due to arrive, great communication and the cheese looks amazing.
In summary, we would have no hesitation in recommending great price, good delivery, amazing cheese and friendly communication.
