Incomplete order but good response
Some lovely products received however order only partly completed. They didn’t seem to notice so I had to follow up with them myself. Got a prompt refund. Communications were good as were products. I was just disappointed with the incomplete order.

I ordered some spare dog bed covers…
I ordered some spare dog bed covers from them before and was very happy with the service, However, this time I'm not even sure if they received my order. No confirmation email, no answer to my phone calls (it just rings through) and also no answer to my message in the chat room. I wonder if they've gone out of business.

Don’t bother ordering from this site
We ordered a dog coat on 16 December and haven’t heard a thing let alone received the order! Tried calling several times but it just rings out then cuts off. Have sent an email so will see if I get a response to that otherwise it’s a call to Trading Standards. Wish I had read the reviews before I placed the order.
