The 3 items I chose all fit really nicely true to size

Plenty to choose from regarding a dress for a special wedding quick efficient delivery

I had problems with a return but received great help over the phone

Easy to order and delivery arrived as promised. Colour was as stated.
Quality was good but didn’t reflect the price. Having said that I still like the outfit and colour.

My dress was delivered on time and it’s beautiful. Very good quality and felt lovely to wear. Lots of wonderful comments at the wedding. Would highly recommend

Ordering and delivery of the dress was great. The dress itself was as described but I decided to buy something else instead. Where Chesca have lost 'stars' in my opinion is that, though they were quick to take payment, I am still waiting one week on for the refund to come through after they had acknowledged receipt of the return.

The quality of the garment I purchased was exceptional.

I am not happy aboput my returns. The first one I returned at the end of March has still not been refunded although I got an email saying I would get a refund soon a couple of weeks ago. The second return wwas a shirt I tried to return last week and the website would not let me go through the process. I eventually emailed you at the weekend and you sent me a label to return it. Very poor service indeed

Honest description of goods great price in sale

Prompt delivery. The dress is perfect for a wedding in July very comfortable and will be cool on the day.

The dress and wrap were very badly finished, with frayed edges on the neckline wand poor stitching. The hem was wonky and did not look professional. I am a sewist so I prefer to make my garments but needed a special occasion dress for a wedding and thought I would try this company but I will never buy anything from them or any online shop again. I returned it but I am still waiting for my refund of over £500 .

Brilliant styles & quality

I love kimono jackets that are at least 72 cms in length with sleeves that are not too wide and this was perfect for me . I think I could have ordered a size less but I am happy with this one .Loved the fabric and pockets too . Hope Chesca does more like this in different fabrics .Delivery was quick and parcel was well wrapped . All great .Thank you .

My Mother is 80 and was virtually in tears trying to find a dress for my wedding. She has not worn a dress in 40 years as she just feels uncomfortable so wears skirts and tops. After trawling Norwich and getting nowhere, a lady in John Lewis told us about this site. Mother got excited when we looked at the website and chose two dresses. We ordered them and it was so lovely to see how happy she was when she tried them on. She preferred one over the other and didn't want to take it off. I have ordered her a chiffon jacket to match and it is just so special to see Mum so happy with your beautiful dresses that are of such good quality. Thank you...

Beautiful outfit. Disappointed on realising my error on ordering incorrect size. Although I emailed customer services response stated unable to change size as automated packing service. Returned item with ease.
