Phoned Paul for a quote on a new boiler, after a quick exchange of information he provided a quote far cheaper than a previous quote.
Once his team arrived they were both quick and polite and completed the job in a professional manner.
100% would recommend them.

In the midst of getting quotes to replace an old boiler, it sprung a leak so the replacement suddenly became urgent! Paul Caton had the specified boiler in stock, and fitted it within days at a price better than our quotes. He and his team turned up on time, fitted the new boiler and flue and cleared up spotlessly . They guided us through the new controls and the work that was done. The system was flushed and checked plus all the paperwork /guarantees etc followed promptly with a 12 year warranty. Cheerful while they worked, knowledgeable and helpful , this is a company I can thoroughly recommend for their excellent workmanship and professionalism .

Just had these chaps in last week to install a new combi boiler. I inquired about getting the work done on a Tuesday and it was done Friday the same week! That's what I call prompt. As soon as the chaps came in they laid down plastic carpet protector - a very good sign. They were polite, took great care not to do any damage, and afterwards explained all the boiler and thermostat controls to me - very important as nobody wants to wade through user manuals! They checked that all rads were working before they left and today I've found one not working; just contacted Paul and he's gotten back to me within minutes to give me the solution (air lock problem). That rad is now working again. Can't beat this kind of service. I highly recommend Paul and his team. Oh, and the price was good as well :-)

Great price and very quick installation. Fitted new boiler in the attic and replaced radiators, all in a day. Got a few quotes and Paul`s was the cheapest by far.

I emailed Paul Caton for a quote, replied the same day, came very quickly to assess the job, Then the following week replaced our old boiler for a new one.
The attention to detail, prompt work, everything they needed to do the job, they really are a professional team, so thorough.
They fitted a Worcester boiler for us, cannot believe the difference from our old one, it's the best decision we've made .

WOW I really cant believe how good the service was. One day to quote fitted two days later(today) changing to an external oil boiler worcester 18/25 Paul and his engineeer arrived promptly and fitting was completed within 7 hours and my tenant praised them for a nice clean job. The quote was £750 cheaper than any of my other quotes and they were for a smaller boiler. Paul even gave me £50 back as he used the controls that were fitted last year. I am so impressed.Highly recommended

Excellent. Mr. Caton came out to see me the same day as I called him for a quotation, price was very competitive and they arrived with my new boiler the next day. They worked very efficiently, made no mess and were all very pleasant, friendly and polite (even though I was dog sitting a very bad mannered dog who was determined to intimidate them at every opportunity). We were in lockdown at the time and they meticulously observed safety advice. I could not have wished for better service, they tolerated the dog with good humour, did an excellent job and fitted a new outside tap for me too. I would highly recommend them.

1st class job - responded promptly to initial enquiry, followed up by detailed quote in writing. Paul had a great team working with him that were efficient & resolved all niggles found during the replacement boiler installation. Left the property clean & tidy - very impressed. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

New boiler was relocated upstairs and the work carried out to a high standard, from brickwork outside to fitting of new pipework. Kitchen was left in a bit of a mess after taking out the old boiler, but then I am very fussy. All in all though, gave 5 stars and would certainly recommend Paul.

Paul installed our brand new central heating system.we are so pleased. After calling him, he came round on the same day to give us a quote and by the following week or so we had central heating. he is so professional and we would recommend him and his team to anyone needing work done. I contacted Paul and he came the same evening and verbally quoted for job which was confirmed the next day by email.The price was exellent. The new boiler was installed along with flushing out some blocked pipework in one day less than two weeks later and on the day that was arranged.No mess and any carpets were covered up.

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough.We has a leaking water tank that was getting progressively worse.They came out and gave us a quote on the Wednesday and had removed tank and installed a new combi boiler by Friday,prioritising our emergency.
Installation was carried out to a high standard with no mess and a demo of the functions afterwards avoided any confusion on the new control system.

Contacted Paul on Thursday evening and having no heating or hot water - Carl arrived Saturday morning lovely friendly man, a competent and chatty engineer who sorted my boiler restoring my heating and hot water in less than an hour ... I will be booking a service in the next few weeks.

Paul installed a new boiler in my previous house so all in all a great company to deal with on both occasions I highly recommend.

I sent a text late on a Sunday evening, which Paul replied to. He arranged to come and look at the situation on Monday evening. Paul was in my house re-locating and fitting a new boiler by 09:15 on the Tuesday, next day. By the time I got home from work on the Tuesday it was all done, cleaned up afterwards properly - and I came home to a warm snug home. Thank you 😊
