Chillout Games Ltd レビュー

It’s always a pleasure purchasing from Chillout games. The games are well described, displayed & you can rest assured you will be receiving the best product possible. Keep up the great work from a regular customer.

I've bought from them many times and they have always been excellent. They provide several photos of the items as well as detailed descriptions of their condition. Fast shipping plus the items arrive well packaged and exactly as described. 10/10 will be purchasing from them again.

My go to store for retro games ,Super fast shipping would recommend.

Items always as described and very quick shipping, perfect 5 stars always

I decided I wanted to upgrade my copy of Condemed on Xbox 360. I found a copy on the Chillout games website. I looked at the pictures and description and knew immediately this was what I wanted.
The game arrived very quickly by free post. It was packaged extremely well so it wouldn't be damaged. The condition of the game was even better than the website said.
I use Chillout games a lot. The condition of the games is always at least as good as the website describes using pictures, often better. Always my first choice for pre owned games.
Simply the best site out there for pre owned goodies!!

Selling: they took a LONG time to check my games; and I have some issues with how they reduced the value to 2/3 of the initial quote; if you have quantity over quality i'd say it's okay; but I really wish I'd taken the time to ebay or investigate my options for collector items;

photo both you items - including case, inlets, booklets, disks and packaging - decent if you are in a rush, but I feel taken advantage of.

Edit is response to reply

To be fair I was offered the option of the return of disputed items, free of charge and accept there is room for a difference of opinion on the condition of games and items which is why I recommend taking photos of stuff before it is sent.

Maybe I was being naive, but my experience is that the convenience of selling en masse did not match the value I got for selling and if I had taken photos I would have felt more confident in disputing or asking for a return.

An excellent store. I've been buying from Chillout Games for a number of years now. I've used both their ebay and website stores. All the games I've bought were well packaged. I've never had an issue with delivery. Their customer service is excellent. I can honestly recommend them.

Item arrived quickly and as described thanks.

Games arrived extremely quick, well packed. And condition was as good as, if not better than promised. Very happy.

Such a great company, swift delivery and packaged really well, very happy, thank you! :D

Smooth transaction with cheap delivery. Usually better than Ebay prices.

Very well packaged, fairly well priced, console was in excellent condition. Very happy with my purchase!

10/10 service

Exceptional service! This company is truly one in a million! It’s always a bit risky ordering high value sealed games, but with Chillout Games, there’s no need to worry. The photos are always 100% accurate, no misleading images and all items are always exactly as described. The packaging is always top notch, ensuring everything arrives in perfect condition and delivery is always incredibly fast. Highly recommend!

chillout are the best for retro gaming. great prices, great quality and fantastic service. highly recommend if your looking for games to relive your childhood

I have been looking for Sonic Adventure 2 on Dreamcast for so long I almost lost hope.

When I came across Chillout Games Ltd I was a bit sceptical of the website. After looking up reviews that were very positive. I decided I would sign up to receive notifications when the game was back in stock.

I didn’t really think much about it as it said game was out of stock but due in soon. When I received the notification it was back in stock a few weeks later I jumped at the chance.

I finally got my game! The listing said the game was in very good condition but when I received the game it was in excellent condition. The disk, case and manual all looked brand new.

The game came well wrapped and said same day dispatch. I received the game the next day, super fast delivery.

I was so happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend Chillout Games Ltd to anyone looking for retro games. Best place for them and I will definitely be back!

First time buyer and certainly wont be the last time.

Very reasonably priced and a fine, almost curated selection of Switch games.

Good job all round.

Simple and easy process and was notified at each step of the process. Good prices as well, will use again.

Professional packaging, fast delivery, and items as described. The best.

Not the fastest payout but got better prices for new games than anywhere else. Got price quoted no problems. Have sent more. thx
