I have Ordered an RDA, it cames Defective.
There is a bendage on the postdeck, because of this there is a little gap between the glas and the Postdeck section.
in this condition this RDA is absolutely useless.
The Support wanted me to send them a video to proof, so i did.
Now, 4 weeks later, no one gives a f.ck.

This was my last order from this Company for sure.
(it doesn't matter if cigabuy or cigabest...)

Zamówienie złożone miesiąc temu. Miało zostać wysłane w ciągu 7 dni. Do dziś nie jest wysłane. Ze stroną nie ma żadnego kontaktu. Nie odpisują na maile, ani nie odpowiadają na formularz kontaktowy na stronie. Omijać szerokim łukiem. Nie polecam.

I paid for the goods for delivery, 2 weeks do not send, in support ignore, no way to get through.

ich habe seit 2018 12 Akkuträger insgesamt dort gekauft, viele Geräte gingen nach 2 Wochen bis 2 Monaten, zwei der Geräte hielten ca ein halbes Jahr. Sie werben damit, dass es sich um Originalprodukte handelt. Checkt man aber den Security Code auf der Herstellerseite sieht man ganz schnell, dass sie eben nicht original sind. Ein Gerät funktionierte sogar direkt nicht nach dem Auspacken. Tut der Umwelt und den hiesigen Geschäften etwas Gutes und kauft euer Gerät lieber dort. Dann habt ihr auch etwas von vernünftiger Qualität. Das ist eigtl nur Elektronikschrott. Die Verdampfer funktionieren aber.

He hecho 6 pedidos desde canarias, antes me enviaban todos los pedidos, ahora hago pedidos y me los cancelan he pedido desde china y europa y no hay forma posible una tal isabella me dice que no hay forma de enviarlo

Can't believe how bad this company is ordered 6 items they sent me 3 items out of them 3 items 2 of the items were the wrong items tried to contact them many times and they just ignored my emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY the are a bunch of bandits and liars that take your cash and run. Shop with them at your own risk i know i will never buy from them again

Mam na tej stronie już za sobą 8 zamówień i każde bez jakichkolwiek zastrzeń. Raz miałem problem z jedną zamówioną częścią, zgłosiłem to i otrzymałem nową za darmo, nawet nie musiałem płacić za wysyłke. Łatwy kontakt i najlepsze ceny w internecie jakie znalazłem. Polecam 10/10

(Sind ewig nicht im Büro , Bild sei schlecht ich soll die Stahlplatte mit den Händen verbiegen u.s.w)
nach 2 Wochen bot man mir 5€. Ein Witz und zwar ein schlechter.Versuche nun über Paypal mein Geld wieder zubekommen.
Es gibt so viele Zahlreiche gute und Günstige Händler , das man auf Cigabay gut verzichten kann.

Ai acheté trois batteries, la dernière en Juillet. Des trois, une seule fonctionne. Le Sav vous fait perdre du temps à vous redemander les mêmes choses (une vidéo envoyée trois fois) . A FUIR ENTREPRISE PAS FIABLE !!!

I bought a mod starter kit with 2 tanks and some accessories. Had some problems, a missing (pre-order) item, even if I check out box: "do not send until item is available". Pre-order had to be available in 14 days, at the moment I was ordering. Eventually it took 3 months, to collect all bits. Selected shipment by airmail. So, it can take longer than expected, but it is not a scam imao. Customer service was nice and responsive in my case.

Yo nunca tuve un problema con CigaBuy, artículos originales a buen precio, y el tiempo de entrega el lógico por la distancia, no puedo opinar lo mismo de las otras tiendas, supuestamente más grandes, pero muy informales, y solo tengo problemas y disputas, Muchas gracias CigaBuy.
