We've had great customer experience and interaction from CircleLoop. The system is brilliant, so easy to set up and use! We've been using this for a team of 10 Helpdesk members set up for our Mutual Aid group, so they all work from home, using CircleLoop to make and receive calls and SMS. Thanks CircleLoop!

CircleLoop is a great service that enabled us to provide a safe, continuity of care for all of our families during the pandemic. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I used Circleloop as part of a local group set up to help residents during the UK coronavirus lockdown. Circleloop kindly offered me the service to help our community. I had never used VOIP before. The interface was very easy to set up and use on laptop and phone. The speech to text feature which emails messages left via voicemail is great. The staff I spoke to on the phone were fantastic; everyone I spoke to was friendly, informative and supported me with anything I needed. I highly recommend anyone looking for a solution for their business to give Circleloop a call!

This is a mistake joining this organisation my main business phone number has been miss directed and I have lost business, the customer service is bad as you have to email or leave a message. Whilst it has worked initially calls get miss directed lost delayed and you have no idea it is not working until a customer complains etc.
This system is not robust and appears to have major bugs in it

Amazing customer service and amazing product. We wouldn't be able to do what we do without circle loop. It enables our field care team to look after their clients and remain in constant communication, no need for desk phones, all from their mobile apps. And they are doing everything they can to improve the product daily.

They are great at what they do, Zac from customer service dealt with my query fast and effectively, would strongly recommend using this company for VOIP i already have two accounts with them and this is my third! I've been with Circleloop for about a year now and would thoroughly recommend them to owners of small businesses. Particularly if owners are on the move and out of the office. It has taken us a while to fully understand the ins and outs of the complete suite of call routing/answering functions but so far there has always been a solution somewhere to meet our needs. Support has been very helpful and quick to respond with advice (Kieran is very helpful). Adding new numbers and porting new numbers into the account has been incredibly straight forward too. Above all though, there are no scary contracts and the service is very cost effective. Great service, great product, highly recommended.

The only reason I'm rating this 4 stars is because I think that CircleLoop lacks a lot of features that bigger VOIP systems have.

Overall, CircleLoop does what it does incredibly well and you have the advantage to add mobile numbers which is great!

I also really think that CircleLoop need to accept more than one method of payment (at the moment this is card)!

Our company has been using Circleloop for a little while now and we could not be happier with the system or the service we receive from the team at Circleloop!

Circleloop is packed full of great features that are extremely easy to set up and maintain/change as and when you need to.

It is great that agents are able to take a call in the office, out on-site or even working from home and the apps across the different platforms look and work in the same way so it is easier for teams to be more mobile.

The Software is so clean and simple for the desktop and Andriod. I think it's the best voip ip system i've ever used and it's by far the easiest.

The options are endless and it really makes life easy knowing that i can add, assign and make alterations instantly, I've found what i've been looking for...

Integrations are useful and i don't think i'd be going anywhere else for the foreseeable future!

It's been more than a year I've been with Circleloop, and the service has only got better. The pricing structure and customer service is great! Impressed with the timely app updates, which is user friendly. They've also been very accommodating with requests that other telecom companies would possibly decline. Thank you!

We have found the Circle Loop system to be excellent and would recommend it to anyone the customer service is great!

We've been working with CircleLoop over the last few months to test their softphone solution as well as configure various of our handsets to work with their product. We've now moved over our ~50 strong team to become entirely dependent on CircleLoop.

Throughout the last few months, CircleLoop have continued to go the extra mile in terms of providing support for configuring handsets, providing advice with Quality of Service and much more. Their support team are insightful and always on hand to help.

Most importantly, as a developing tech offering, CircleLoop have demonstrated they're open to ideas from users. We've been more than happy to give suggestions that are now roadmapped and take on board their advice on how to best utilise features.

Great system that is easy to set up - happy customer!
