To date I have had nothing but good experiences with City Index, my dealings have been with Charles Carpenter and he has been great on any queries I have had. Would certainly recommend.

Good customer service

Good customer service
Been in and out of hospital last 16 months logged in to account and charged inactivity fee on 2 accounts.
I didn't know about the fees but after talking with them on chat box they said yes its correct. I mentioned I was not happy and it was kindly refunded. Was on the verge of withdrawing funds and looking elsewhere but good customer service kicked in and my sense of unfairness was gone.

I don't like how putting money into


I don't like how putting money into your account is easy and instantaneous, but taking money out is complicated and takes 3 business days. Funny how that works eh?

thought outside the box and found solution

Would help if you told people you did fin yr summaries - so yes they could have stopped at - no you cant download your deposit history but they offered the service - great!

Very unstable platform and untrustworthy service

The platform is very slow to load and seems to suffer from regular instability issues. This leads to difficulty in placing trades at times. Lock outs also led to significant losses being incurred with customer service denying they were at fault.

Very satisfied client of City Index for many years.

City Index account manager has resolved most of my issues and restored my confidence fully in the City Index service level. We now await "IT divisions" opinion on the issue I have with the chart stalling.
