DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
AVOID!

2 Christmasses ruined by this company!

Loyal customer since 2015
Yet 2022 ordered in plenty of time and due to the strikes it didn’t arrive, they told me it was my responsibility to sort it with the couriers which is not accurate. Finally after they took some responsibility they re sent it but it got held up at the depot and then wasn’t going to arrive till the 28th after Christmas! No good at that point! They didn’t care whatsoever.
Anyway gave them the benefit of the doubt last year and they actually delivered.
Fast forward to this year and they took my money and sent me an order confirmation yet emailed me saying they won’t supply me letters any more.
Moneys now left my account
They have ceased communication
I left a comment on Facebook and now contents are hidden
Looks like I’m not the only one who’s experienced issues the last few years

That £30 was the last £30 to my name until pay day and by the time it’s refunded (if they even do refund it!), I doubt I’ll have time to reorder somewhere else in time for Christmas so my kids will be disappointed again.

Awful customer service

Always use Classic Santa every year, and get lovely letters for the kids. However, this year I ordered in good time but no letters have arrived and no answer to my email asking for tracking information. Will be seeking a refund after Christmas. Won’t use again.

Cards for 2 children ordered on 5th December 2022, still not received on 23rd December and now a post strike until Christmas. This is the 2nd year running Classic Santa has ruined my childrens Christmas.
