We have been working with Cleans for ongoing care of our estate property in Co. Kildare and the level of service has been exceptional.
This is not a standard residential home, but a large estate with multiple living and recreational spaces, specialist rooms, guest accommodation and outbuildings. The property includes high-end, custom-made furnishings, floors and finishes sourced internationally, all of which require care, knowledge and discretion. Cleans consistently demonstrates an understanding of how to work with such environments.
They manage regular monthly cleaning as well as seasonal deep cleans, including windows, carpets, fabrics and detailed top-to-bottom care. They also handle laundry, ironing, and linen management to a very high standard. Keys are entrusted to them, and I have complete confidence in their reliability and professionalism.
Communication is excellent. As we are often abroad, Cleans provides updates, photographs & feedback when requested, which gives real peace of mind. Any issues are flagged proactively and handled without delay.
