Matthew arrived on schedule to carry out a yearly inspection on our property.
The inspection was carried out without any issues. A detailed report was submitted by the end of business, thankfully with no major problems found.
Clearview operate a good service with friendly informative staff. I would personally recommend them for all your park home needs.

Matthew has been a great help to me all through the process of buying a holiday home. He gave me much needed advice when I began looking, and always had time for a question if I was unsure of something. Once I found the one I wanted to buy there were lots of delays on the Park Owners side but Matthew managed to fit me in quickly for a survey and was able to put my mind at rest that all was as it should be, and I bought with confidence. I will be using Matthew's services in the future.

Robert was efficient and friendly and helpful. We only waited 3 days after booking the inspection. The report arrived via e mail the dat after.

In this instance, Matthew carried out a survey on a property I am interested in buying. I was really impressed by the professionalism, promptness and honesty shown by Matthew. He kept to his promises in regard of timescales - in fact the report was provided ahead of the time given. He is easy to talk to, very helpful and gave me confidence in his company, so much so that I hope he will be able to support me in it's refurbishment.

Very thorough and efficient survey.
kept me informed of his results arrived on time with a phone call the day before.
I would recommend this service and the surveyor Robert.

Excellent Service from Matt, came out and repaired our Water Heaters and taps. Will be be returning to complete our other plumbing we require. We are a GP Practice, and he was excellent completing the work while we were open.

Matthew was very efficient in arranging our survey very quickly. His report was emailed to us quickly and provided all the information we needed.
I would thoroughly recommend him.

Matthew was very well recommended and I put my trust in him. He did a thorough survey on the property I am hoping to purchase. I found his report very detailed but easy to understand and it has filled me with confidence that I am purchasing a new home with no worries at all.
Thank you Matthew.

We found Clearviewphs on the internet and seen all the fantastic reviews on Trustpilot so contacted them to carry out a survey on a PH we wanted to buy. Matthew contacted me immediately on email, I think it was even on a Sunday. He carried out the survey within the week. He rang us immediately after he had completed the survey within a quick overview and summary of the outcome. Then in a short few days, which included a weekend and a bank holiday, Matthew had completed a 32 page document detailing every part of the park home and its condition that we needed to know about. The service, expertise, professionalism, communication of Matthew and his company is second to none. In my opinion it is well worth getting a survey done before a huge purchase of a PH & for peace of mind, and clarity of the condition of your future home. Excellent service!

Matthew was extremely helpful, approachable and professional at all times. He has done a very thorough survey and report on the park home I am now buying. Best of all he has given me peace of mind with my purchase.
I would definitely recommend Matthew and Clearview park home surveyors.

Matthew was very prompt and spent a great deal of time at our lodge checking it very thoroughly.
Report covers everything and is very detailed/thorough/informative and is in English that is easy to understand.
Now we can go to court with all the evidence and information required against the park owners who sold us the lodge in the first place.

Matthew again carried out a thorough and professional inspection. His report was detailed and extremely helpful with clear photos showing areas of interest. He also provided helpful guidance in a follow-up phone call regarding wider issues regarding our potential purchase of the park home. I would have no hesitation in confidently recommending Clearview Park Home Services.
