Frustrating service. Emails that don't answer your questions directly so be prepared to spend an entire day back and forth. Unprofessional and carelessness whereby the representative neglects to remove information from her template email replies so you are mislead entirely. I felt like I was communicating with a bot.

Ms. Federica Barbera was extremely helpful with the cancellation and reimbursement process of both car insurance policies and the personnel property insurance.
