Excellent Customer Service

Loan shark peddlers
I used Clever Lending to attempt to source a secured loan to enable an additional BTL.
The whole process was a nightmare . Only one option was put forward which was with Shawbrook bank .
After forwarding endless required company and personal documentation , and payingclose to £1k in admin fees and exorbitant valuation fees upfront
I was sent the worst loan agreement I have ever seen . There was a clause in the loan agreement allowing Shawbrook to increase there margin ( % above base rate ) by up to 2% per annum . Who in their right mind would sign such an agreement ! There were several other issues with the Shawbrook agreement which took weeks to get resolved , and the delays caused me to lose my purchase .
I am amazed that Clever lending can sleep at night whilst promoting these loan shark products .
I would certainly never use Clever Lending again , and would certainly not recommend their services to anyone .
