Venditore serio e preciso. L' Iphone che mi ha spedito è perfetto, oltre ogni aspettativa. Spedizione veloce. Ottima comunicazione. Lo consiglio vivamente

Ordine effettuato la mattina del 30 marzo e ad oggi (1 aprile) non risulta spedito.
Avevo fretta di ricevere un telefono ma
non rispondono al telefono.
A saperlo non avrei comprato da loro.

Aggiornamento del 3 aprile: Telefono consegnato ad un punto GLS e sono andato a ritirarlo.

Il telefono é funzionante e come da descrizione.
Se solo fossero più trasparenti nella comunicazione…

Habe mein Iphone im Januar zum Verkauf eingeschickt über Refurbed und habe bis heute (Ende März) noch nichts gehört oder kriege nur Standartantworten vom "Kundenservice".
Das Gerät hat vorher gutfunktioniert und jetzt hieß es, dass das Gerät bei Ankunft nicht funktioniert hat und die Prüfung deshalb so lange dauert. Plötzlich ist der Verkauf storniert worden. Mal sehen, ob das Gerät wieder bei mir angekommt.

Man fühlt sich abgezockt und leider wirft es ein schlechtes Licht auf Refurbed.

Nie wieder über Refbured.....

I sent this company a used phone via Refurbed, and the phone arrived almost 3 weeks ago. There was no communication from the company, so I reached out. Every time I follow up, I receive a generic response. It is unacceptable to withhold payment for a good for so long, and the communication from the buyer leaves much to be desired.

Ich habe mein Gerät über refurbed.de verkauft.

Es wurde am 04.03. beim Händler zugestellt und seitdem ist nichts passiert, der Erhalt wurde mir nicht bestätigt, die Antworten die ich vom Käufer bekomme sind einfach nur schwammig und vertrösten nur.

Ich hoffe nun auf eine Klärung durch refurbed.de sonst muss ich es über meine Anwalt klären lassen.

Vermeidet dieses Unternehmen um jeden Preis!

Schlechter Kundenservice. Man erhält ausschließlich Baustein- bzw. Standardantworten, die überhaupt nicht auf das tatsächliche Problem eingehen.

Die Antworten kommen zudem extrem spät – teilweise erst nach etwa einer Woche. Für die Absage des Geräteverkaufs wurde mir kein nachvollziehbarer oder triftiger Grund genannt.

Alles in allem ein absoluter Saftladen. Hier fühlt man sich als Kunde weder ernst genommen noch ordentlich betreut.

Kann mich den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Der reinste Scam. Handy wird mit einem Zustand und dazugehörigen Betrag bewertet, eingestuft wird es aber weit darunter. Fragt man nach einem Nachweis kommt leider nichts. Irgendwie schade weil das ganze nicht nur Click&Carry schadet sondern leider auch refurbed. Aber sie könnten, nach so vielen negativen Bewertungen, den Anbieter mal kündigen ;)

Refurbed / Click&Carry Abzocke
Leider habe ich erst jetzt die Bewertungen gesehen, da ich dachte der Verkauf meines Handys läuft über refurbed.... der Händler Click & Carry in Italien hat es wohl gekauft und reagiert nun nicht. Am 12.01. ist es laut UPS bereits angekommen, auf Refurbed ist dies noch nicht vermerkt.... bin gespannt wie es jetzt weitergeht. Zur Not müssen rechtliche Schritte gegen Refurbed und den Händler eingeleitet werden. Den Händler weiß man beim Verkauf ja nicht, also werde ich wohl gegen Refurbed vorgehen.

Vorsicht Scammer!
Auch ich habe ein iPhone verkauft, das am 22.12.2025 zugestellt wurde. seitdem habe ich nichts mehr von dem Käufer click&carry gehört, bis ich einen Fall bei refurbed eröffnet habe. Daraufhin behauptet der Verkäufer, das iPhone habe sich in einem inakzeptablen Zustand befunden, sie bieten mir nur noch 35€ statt der vereinbarten 120€. Nachdem ich meine Fotos mit dem Zustand vor dem Versand geschickt habe, wo man eindeutig den ausgezeichneten Zustand meines iPhones sieht und der Nachfrage, ob sie denn Fotos des aktuellen Zustands senden könnten, kommt nichts mehr außer eine freche Antwort. Ich habe den Verkauf storniert und erwarte nun die Rücksendung meines iPhones, doch auch hier wehrt sich Click&Carry. Meine Vermutung: sie machen ein gutes Angebot in der Hoffnung, der Verkäufer schickt es hin und vergisst es dann, weil es ja ein altes Handy ist. Nur um dann Handy und Geld zu behalten.

Bought a refurbished smartphone here and received multiple faulty devices in a row (screen/touch issues, random shutdowns, wrong colour). After several returns and “repairs” the phone still doesn’t work properly, and the seller keeps refusing a refund, offering only another replacement. I’ve lost time, money and trust – I would not buy from them again.

Ich habe mein Smartphone über refurbed an den Händler Click&Carry verkauft. Das Gerät wurde nachweislich vor über zwei Woche zugestellt, doch seitdem passiert gar nichts. Keine Bearbeitung, keine Rückmeldung – einfach Funkstille.

Der Support von refurbed verweist immer wieder nur auf den Händler, der wiederum keinerlei Fortschritt zeigt.
Solche Abläufe sind nicht akzeptabel – Kundenfreundlichkeit oder Transparenz sucht man hier vergeblich.

Ich erwarte, dass mein Gerät umgehend bearbeitet oder an mich zurückgesendet wird, und möchte ausdrücklich betonen:
Das war das letzte Mal, dass ich über refurbed bzw. mit Click&Carry Geschäfte gemacht habe.

Absolut enttäuschend und keine Empfehlung!

Ho acquistato da questo negozio tramite refurbed un IPhone 13 ricondizionato con grado estetico "ottimo". E' arrivato dopo circa 5 giorni in perfette condizioni, senza graffi sul display o sulla scocca, superando le aspettative. La batteria era conforme alla descrizione e facendo dei benchmark le prestazioni erano più che ottime per un telefono di 4 anni.
Purtroppo per motivi esclusivamente personali ho chiesto il reso dopo solo 2-3 giorni di utilizzo. Il personale si è rivelato disponibile nell'assistenza e la procedura di rimborso si è conclusa senza problemi.
Per la mia esperienza non posso che consigliare il negozio e lo terrò come riferimento per eventuali futuri acquisti.

Ho acquistato 2 iPhone 12 e dopo qualche mese un iPhone 11 ,purtroppo la mia esperienza è negativa perché su 3 iPhone non se n’è salvato uno ,mi spiego,l iPhone 11 ha iniziato a spegnersi da solo senza motivo,la batteria non reggeva più di 4/5h e lo schermo si è alzato dato che la batteria si stava gonfiando,questo è l’unico che sono riuscito a mandare indietro in assistenza dato che era in garanzia (la loro di 1anno) e anche se ci hanno impiegato 1mese me l hanno sistemato,mentre uno dei due iPhone 12 ha smesso di funzionare completamente e il caso ha voluto che la garanzia fosse scaduta 1 settimana prima perciò dopo 2settimane in attesa della loro decisione se sistemarlo in garanzia lo stesso o meno mi hanno detto che non era possibile,è proprio oggi anche l’altro iPhone 12 ha iniziato a dare problemi come iPhone 11 e si già che mi devo arrangiare perché appunto la garanzia è scaduta da qualche settimana! Perciò se dovete acquistare un dispositivo vi consiglio di spendere un po’ di più e prenderlo nuovo

Ho acquistato un iPhone 13 pro tramite refurbed.it che ha mostrato subito difetti alla fotocamera e al display.

Ho avviato il processo di assistenza e nell'arco di 18 giorni dalla restituzione ho ricevuto indietro il mio dispositivo perfettamente funzionante e in condizioni eccellenti.

I tempi sono stati influenzati da un ritardo del corriere che ha inciso per più di 4 giorni pieni e che non era correlato all'operato di Click&Carry.

Click & Carry ha dimostrato un'ottima preparazione tecnica, svolgendo un lavoro di riparazione eccellente.

La comunicazione durante il processo di assistenza in piattaforma è sicuramente migliorabile; per il resto, ottima esperienza.

Consigliato.

I honestly don’t even know where to start with this review, other than to say this was the most horrendous customer service I have ever received.

I bought a phone through refurbed.ie which came from Click and Carry in Italy. At the time, I was on a 10-week placement, working from early morning until midnight, while also going through my first trimester of pregnancy — exhausted and nauseous. A week or two after buying the phone, I noticed the camera was glitching and wouldn’t focus properly. Because of my situation, I didn’t manage to report it until I was outside the 30-day window.

Click and Carry’s Appalling Behaviour
To say I was met with no compassion would be an understatement. David and Giuseppe, who handled my case, were awful to deal with — sending patronising emails, ignoring my questions, and refusing to acknowledge obvious issues with the phone. Every message was copy-paste corporate nonsense ending with: “We thank you for your time and remain at your complete disposal for any assistance you may require.” That line is a complete lie. They offered no help, only stress.

I eventually sent the phone back with clear instructions on what to check. They promised to investigate and replace it if the defect was confirmed. Instead:

They kept the phone for two weeks (not 48–72 hours as promised).

Sent it back still broken.

Demanded I send a video of the defect (as if I hadn’t just shipped it across Europe for them to check).

After receiving my video — where you can clearly hear the phone glitching — they claimed there was no issue.

Even worse, when Refurbed pushed them to refund me, Click and Carry’s “technical team” once again claimed there was no fault, said there were mysterious “signs of wear and tear” (never explained), and then tried to keep part of my money — only refunding €200 out of €309.99.

Refurbed.ie Stepped In
Thankfully, Refurbed.ie intervened and refunded the rest themselves — but they should not have had to. Click and Carry scammed both me and Refurbed, and their so-called technical checks are worrying, to put it mildly.

My Verdict
Giuseppe and David, you should be ashamed of yourselves. The stress you caused me, especially as an expecting mother, is disgusting. I have never in my life dealt with worse customer service, and I would not trust this company with anything.

Click and Carry: I never want anything to do with you again. And to anyone reading this — don’t give them your business.

Trust pilot didn’t give me the option to upload the video of the defect here, I would like to do so please so customers can see the very clear issue that click and carry refused to acknowledge 🙏🏼

Mein Sohn hat ein Iphone 12 über Amazon bei Click&Carry gekauft. Vor Ablauf der Garantiezeit ging es kaputt. Amazon lehnte eine Rücknahme ab und verwies auf diesen bei Amazon geführten Händler. Nach angeblicher Reparatur und Rücksendung, die nie ankam, ging das Gerät an Click &Carry zurück und war unauffindbar. Nach Einschalten der Verbraucherzentrale wurde es von UPS "gefunden" und an meinen Sohn geschickt. Aber dann die Überraschung: Es war nicht sein Handy, sondern ein total zerkratztes. Es gibt Vorherbilder seines Iphones! Seitdem antwortet Click&Carry nicht mehr und mein Sohn hat weder sein repariertes Handy zurück noch die 500€, die es kostete. Amazon zeigte sich auch nicht kulant, obwohl es diesen Händler gelistet hat. Unser Vertrauen in Amazon ist nun hin.

The first device received had a broken screen, making it unusable from the start.

After a lengthy repair process, the returned device was still not functioning properly. It would switch off randomly every 20 minutes, making it impossible to use.

I explicitly requested that the repaired device not be sent to my old address, yet it was still shipped there, causing additional inconvenience and delays.

The replacement device that I received yesterday is not the color I originally ordered (I requested grey/black but received blue, see attachment). This is yet another deviation from the original purchase agreement.

Ho acquistato un IPhone 11 ricondizionato subito dopo Natale basandomi sulle buone recensioni lette. Purtroppo a causa di problemi imputabili al corriere GLS, il collo è partito in ritardo ed il tracking non ha dato segnali di vita per diversi giorni. La comunicazione con l’assistenza, gestita dal gentilissimo Sig. Davide, è stata sempre presente e decisiva poi nel risolvere il problema con il corriere. Il telefono si presenta quasi pari al nuovo e la configurazione è avvenuta senza alcun intoppo. Consiglio vivamente questo negozio online che si pone al top come prodotto, serietà ed assistenza, rimarcando ancora la gentilezza e la pazienza del Sig. Davide
