Non existent customer service

I ordered a Titleist golf bag - almost immediately I realised it was a trolley bag and wanted to change. I filled in their online form, no one responded, I called, no answer, left a message, no one came back to me. Terrible customer service

Refund doth butter no parsnips.

Orders balls in good faith to only be let down. Never been so disappointed in an online transaction before.

I ordered a garmin watch from clickgolf…

I ordered a garmin watch from clickgolf but it unfortunately had got lost by the delivery service , which was to no fault of clickgolf

Chris on the customer service end did everything to keep me informed and was excellent in keeping me in the loop , he got me a new order out in super time

Great service and would order again ! Great prices and great service

I had been looking around different websites for this item and I got the best price here and a great delivery time also

7-10 days for wedges

7-10 days for wedges. 16 days in . No wedges. Sent me someone else’s irons. No idea when my wedges will come. Pretty gutted was hoping to use them in an open but no sign of them. No proper apology or compensation. Wish they would just give me my money back
